Never again!!!! I had them for about 8 yrs and they were just outrageous on the prices and customer service is horrible then I switched to ATT and received MUCH BETTER service and quality TV/Internet. We had to cut ATT a few months ago due to unforseen wiring problems in my house and had to use TWC for our internet until we could get it fixed. I would CONSTANTLY be disconnected from the net stating could not find router when its sitting right there 5ft in front of me, my tablets, tv, ps4 and printer would also constantly drop and had to reconnect repeatedly. They even switched out our box 4 times and the same thing would happen with those. We supposedly had the 24mbps speed and our net was so slow it was pathetic. And every single month we were charged a $10 late fee when we would pay 3 DAYS after the due date as our paycheck came on the same day of the month and they claim there was a 5 day grace period but theres not and I even requested to have my due date changed those couple of days and they refused and continued to charge me late fees each month and would not credit me. We finally got out ATT back on and have the 18mbps speed just like we had before and not 1 of our devices dropped. And ATT even included the phone in our bundle for no additional charge and I still pay $23 less for internet/phone than I did with TWC Internet alone! NEVER RECOMMEND TWC... STAY FAR AWAY!

Im happy to see TWC slowly but surely increasing internet speeds. TWC, and the industry as a whole, needs to fix their issues with pricing. The 12-month "introductory price" should just be "the price". I shouldnt have to call four times and talk with four different reps every 12 months to get the price reduced back to the introductory price. What other industry penalizes their customers for staying with them for a year? I feel like this issue wont be resolved until there is increased competition in the marketplace or government intervention. I also hate that they always try to sell you a TV bundle. Ive never paid for TV and I dont see myself ever signing up for it! The only way I would consider buying a TV package is if it was a-la-carte. Why would I want to buy a $10 TV package that only has a few channels, most of which I can get for free with an antenna (with the bonus being that over-the-air broadcasts arent compressed so the HD picture quality is better than over cable)? And why would I want to pay $60 (or whatever it costs) to sign up for 200 channels when I only watch 5 of them? This is a review on TWC as a whole, not specifically this local office, but I dont know where else to voice my complaints.

I called to add phone to my cable/internet and they kept hanging up on me or the calls were dropped. I was transferred from dept to dept and must have talked to about 8 people. No supervisor is ever available. Finally i was so frustrated that I chose to downgrade my cable to local only channels, the next bill I got was charging me for a modem, which I own, and a cable box, which we returned 6 weeks earlier and a few "new" charges, I call to straighten it out and again I get transferred over and over and still no supervisor is available. Fed up with it all I got the rabbit ears and called to cancel cable completely now the cost of the cable will be moved to internet. ($35 for internet + $25 for cable....now I want cable gone so internet will be $57 How does that make sense?) Now Im in the middle of a fight with them to cancel everything and they keep hanging up on me or keeping me on hold for over 45 minutes and of course, theres no supervisor. No wonder they are so terrible, there are no supervisors around. This is the worst company ever. I wonder if the BBB knows how bad they are? The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I cannot give them zero stars.

Ive had TWC since 1997 but the last 5 years were nothing short of hell. I was always losing my phone and internet, which usually happened while using them. I think Ive had every tech out here replacing cables, connections, boxes, modems, etc. Then 2 1/2 years ago, a tech said the underground cable needed to be replaced but no work order was ever put in for it, so the problems continued. I kept a log book since 2013 of every time I lost my service because it was getting to be very frustrating. Finally in July of 2015, they replaced my underground cable but I find it extremely sad that it took the BBB and Contact 6 to get them to move their butts and finally fix the problem!!! They only wanted to give me a $30 break on my bill for 5 years of horrible service and continuous problems and inconvenience. I was paying $200/mo. I have since dropped them and I am still continuing with the BBB and Contact 6 to get a better adjustment on my bill. TWC has the worse Customer Service that I have ever had to deal with. Their prices are outrageous and the service stinks. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!!

I always had TWC when it was available wherever I lived I couldnt be more disappointed now more than ever, making my switch to AT&T uVerse so much more justifiable. Between the in-person staff and the national phone-based customer service this is a loosing situation. Preparing for a move, I called to transfer the service and actually upgraded. However in the process, my install was moved up 2 weeks for other services I didnt want. Of course cancelling all together meant dealing with their retention person on the phone who begs and begs you not to leave and puts you on hold continuously to find new "deals" for you. I finally told the lady, "no no no no, how many nos do you need in order to just cancel this thing?" The cherry on the cake was returning the equipment to their location, where youre greeted with snarls and inconvenience, so I never walked out of there happier cutting their cord. I wouldnt look forward to any better service once the Charter buyout takes place---thats an even worse cable company.

The store and staff itself was fine. Only issue I had was that I was moving and TWC does not have service where I moved to. I had already set this up and was just dropping off my equipment. I get asked why i am dropping twc. I told them Id keep it off they were located where I am moving. They said I can still go through them in a round about way. Something along the lines of putting my account on someone elses name, and a whole process that sounded sketchy. I then got a phone call asking me to be a customer again. Followed by a phone call asking for their business. I would have if i could! Lastly, I called wondering where my deposit was, they said I was only getting part of it back because theyre taxing me on my deposit? I returned all of the equipment in working order, some of it i never even opened. I even though it is not much, I will be getting to the bottom of this.
