Can I rate Kraus lower than a 1 star. Is there a -0 star. This company is borderline a scam. I signed up with Kraus in hopes that a family company would value the families in Manhattan and surrounding areas. But I soon found out this company is literally only in business because they have blocked all their competition from Manhattan. Their "TOP" speed service barely get 5-10 MBPS for "Pro Gamer" when I was promised 15+MBPS. I have several speed test screenshots from different days proving this. Their internet is so bad the owner Art Kraus called me personally and cussed me out on the phone saying I was using too much bandwidth. What kind of owner of a company cusses out their customer? The owner then called my wife 1 hour later apologizing. What a joke!!!!! Not only is the service perfectly horrible, but their website doesnt even know the correct terminology for data. On their site they dont specify you will get raped if you go over the horribly small data package of 300M. God knows what 300M is because that is not even using correct terminology. Lets go back to this 300M. My grandma uses 300M playing candy crush in a week. This scam of a company then uses this cap to destroy your monthly bill with a simplified invoice that doesnt even tell you how much data you used over their pathetic 300M number. All this being said, I canceled in 3 months but 4 months later I am still getting invoices from this scam of a company saying I owe them money when my bill was on autopay? How that even happens is beyond me. I would never ever go back to this company even if someone put a gun to my head. When my bill is over $300 per month and I am not even told why, there is a huge problem. I hope this company goes out of business for the corruptness they have been duping the city of Manhattan for years. Advice - DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH KRAUS. Get scammed at your own risk!

We have had Kraus Cable for over 12 years. Not only do we have excellent customer service but we have blazing Internet speeds. We have the most up-to-date technology Kraus offers and its very affordable compared to other vendors on the market. The reliability is excellent and the speed is incredible. We have a fiber optic connection with speeds well over 100mb/sec. Kraus has made sure that their clients are kept up to date on the latest and greatest and since I need speed by conducting GoToMeetings in the healthcare industry, I cannot have any lag or buffering when it comes to demonstrating my companys software. My wife uses Citrix to log-in to her hospital for work and we never have an issue. Citrix has been known to have issues but the speed Kraus offers allows us to work without a hitch. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Internet Provider in Manhattan or Elwood, Gardner or Seneca to give Kraus a call. Their technical support team is always responsive and the owner is always there if you need him or have any questions. Five (5) Stars when asking me about Kraus. Well-worth the call to the fastest around.

Kraus has the worst Internet service I have ever used. There is random outages several times every month, sometimes as many as 5 all day outages in a single month. On top of this atrocious services, they charge a fortune. Their fastest speed package is 20.0 Mbps download and 20.0 Mbps upload. This is slower than Comcasts (and many other IPSs) slowest package, yet it costs $75.18/mo - this is more expensive than other notable IPSs 75-100 Mbps speed packages. It is unbelievable to me that they get away with all this. If there was a 0/5 star option Id give it to them

We recently cancelled our expensive Dish Tv and ATT internet package and decided to try Kraus Cable. Customer service was helpful and responded immediately offering an appointment time to visit to install a router and a cable box the next business day. Technician arrived on time, Since then the service is working flawlessly and very fast while saving us money.

Poor service and slow speeds, I paid for the "gamer package" and was told that my speeds would never reach the speeds I paid for because the usage was filtered. I would switch if there was a viable option but unfortunately there is not. This company may only still be in business because of the lack of competition and they should pray they never get any.

They deserve 0 stars. Terrible connection, limited range, and only provider in the area, they wont let Xfinity come near Manhattan, the customer service is God awful, the "gamer Internet" is way too expensive for only 1.2MB/s. Also there is a 400 Gig limit on your home per month, unknown to anyone until they start charging you without a warning.

We have had Kraus for a little over a year with little to no problem. We moved our home office over the holiday weekend and when we ran into a need for technical support, my wife contacted the owner via Facebook. Art, the owner insisted on showing up Sunday after church. This guy cares! Our issues were corrected quickly. Thanks again Art.

Kraus cable provides terrible and expensive service and, from what I know and have heard, has "run out" every other cable service in Manhattan. How it did that, Ill never know but its no wonder that the only positive review of the train wreck of a company is from the owner himself. Ridiculous.

Junk service, horribly unreliable. Wouldnt be to bad if it was consistent, they did an "update" which made it better for a bit, back to junk again.

The worst internet I have ever had. It is slow even though I pay extra to have faster internet. It randomly goes out. This is horrible.
