I have had incredibly bad service from TWC i will not go into history. Now I am going through new issues. Awhile ago I as having issues with my HD DVR. I went to this location and explained i was told to return it here. I was given a new box . When i got home i did everything instructed including calling to have it activated. Two hours later is it finally working . They rebooted 5 times . That box was defective . It would freeze , it would stop recording for no reason. I called and once again was told to bring it back. I drove all the way up there Friday and asked PLEASE PLEASE give me a good box. He explained to get the best boxes I needed to sign up for the whole house package. I explained i did not need that . He then gave me a box and AGAIN almost 2 hours later were still trying to activate it. The tech then tells me she thinks it is a defective box she isnt even sure it is HD. Once we got the basic service going the DVR read it was 45 % full I looked and it has shows the person before me had recorded . So when I was told each box is sent back to the company an tested it was a lie. The tech set up an apportionment for Saturday afternoon. It was the holiday weekend we had plans . We should not have to change them because this company has no idea what they are doing. Because we only have BASIC TV now I ordered Showtime I got a confirmation number which means I was being charge yet it never came in. I spoke to someone and they told me even with that number they have no record of us ordering it. They then came back an said oops sorry i ... whatever it was she said . I am beyond upset.I think I am being pushed into upgrading. I had normal internet connection once they upgraded my normal connection started having problems. I was forced to upgrade not once but twice just to use the service. Now they upgrade the cable and of course the best solution is to upgrade my plan. You already get $200 a month from me what more do you want ? I am coming in Wednesday afternoon (9-3) If I am not given a top of the line box that will work . I will cancel my entire service and report you to BBB ,Rip off report and any other consumer agency I can find. Show some customer appreciation for the many many years I have been with you and train your employees with accurate knowledge.

Worst internet service out there. My internet constantly went out and I was always having to reset everything. (this isnt about the Southridge Mall location specifically, just Time Warner in general) Every time I called they would do some sort of "boost" it would work for a day then it would start going out again. I pay way too much money to have this kind of garbage going on. Customer service was usually ok but when I called to cancel the girl was really snooty with me. Just cancel the service! You dont need to give me the reasons why I should keep it and that it will be the same price if I go other places. Actually, it isnt. Plenty of other places are cheaper and will give me that price for a lot longer then this place did. Find internet and cable services somewhere else because Time Warner is not worth it. I didnt use their phone service but I imagine it is just as bad.

I teach English online, so we need very strong, dependable internet. The internet was working fine until two weeks ago. They couldnt figure out what was wrong (did a bunch of tests-said everything was working "properly") and said that Id have to upgrade to faster internet. So, instead of paying $60 a month, Im now paying $80. When I lived in Korea, I paid $28/a month for faster internet than I am here for $80! I guess theres not much you can do when the company can choose to slow your Internet down just to force you to upgrade and pay an arm and a leg! Its not like we have many options where I live - Time Warner or AT&T. Both are the same as far as Im concerned, but I will say Ive had a much worse experience with AT&T! So out of the two, I guess Id go with Time Warner.

TWCs overseas tech support is so completely and utterly incompetent that it undermines any positive effort that the local office could possibly make. They promised to call my wife at home 6 different times in the same day to resolve an issue... Did not call once. They then called to confirm the service appointment, and let the phone ring just two times, but left no message, then showed up anyways. The techs solution? "The box that we just gave you is slow and outdated, but I dont have any others on my truck, so you can drive half an hour to personally exchange it for one that actually works properly". No offer whatsoever to make any billing corrections for nearly a week of nonexistent service and incessant aggravation.

Terrible customer service. The store promises you one rate on you bill and when you get it its way higher. Called Time Warner and explained the situation to them. One representative named Evan told me there was a mistake made and it would be corrected and that I should get a call in a day or so will the new amount. By the way, the store rep showed me my new bill to be around $130.00. When I got my bill in the mail it was $218.04. They said I had to go down to the store again and talk to them and that they could do NOTHING to help me. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. If they dont give me what was promised they wont have me as a customer anymore period.

Very nice workers, just a terrible service. Super expensive Internet for inconsistent speeds, people on the phone arent helpful at all, and the technicians can never fix a problem even when you know what the problem is and you tell them what it is. I had 4 different technicians come over to try and fix a port forwarding problem and none of them understood what the problem was. Im not the expert and even I could find the problem just through Google.

This is not based on the employees/store. But the internet product that they supposedly provide. Its a complete joke. Actually typing this from my cell phone networks internet because Ive already reset my modem multiple times and still cant get a wifi signal. If you enjoy "network not available" notifications on tv, phone, tablet, ect... this is the provider for you.

Incompetent and unprofessional! After 3 weeks of speaking with representative after representative and consistently being transferred...because they could not figure out which department I needed to be in to change the owner for a property! Spoke with management, they were just as confused and incompetent as the representatives. Issue is still not resolved.

Negative Five Star service, what service.. what a mean bunch of people never have i hat to deal with suck pricks. Even when i return their equipment they said they would be there until 6 but the place was lockedup at 3pm and tge door said they close at 1 on Saturday.. yes i confirmed i was talking to the right lovlcation they are just mindless. Pricks!!!
