There is definitely nothing WOW about this company. My bill has varied by $25 over the six months. I cannot get a customer service representative to call me back or look into what I was originally promised to keep me from switching to Charter. I have been a loyal customer and advocate of theirs for almost 3 years; I am now done with them and switching to Charter. It says something that Charter has better customer service than another cable company but that is the case here. I am also a Charter customer and they have much better to deal with. Avoid WOWWAY at all costs, if you do decide to do business with them you have been warned.

I only have internet with them and it is horrible. The fluctuation in the bandwidth and latency are only acceptable because I have no other real choice. It is usually worst after a rain which tells me their infrastructure sucks. They get a second star for their router having 802.11ac WiFi protocol. Fortunately, AT&T is digging up my neighborhood putting in fiber optic for their Uverse with GigaPower. I will be jumping of the WOW sinking ship ASAP.

I get my AT&T Uverse with GigaPower Wednesday, see ya WOW! Worst reliability I have ever experienced especially during and after rain. Must have underground cables that get flooded.

Old outdated systems, they dont allow suspends of service for moving if your in an agreement. Cancelling service and never coming back! Customer since 2014

Horrible service. It was constantly cutting out and dropping signal if more than one device was on it. There was also weird charges showing up on our bill.
