I work at a call center, NOT Comcast, but if we treated our callers like they test theirs we would be fired and walked out the door!!! I waited for someone to pickup for 15 mins and then when they did they had to transfer me and then I had to give all my info again, then the person HUNG up on me! I know myself and the people around me at MY call center are a whole lot nicer than this! This is ridiculous! They need to have a hiring day and get rid of the people there!

Before you go with Comcast please understand they do not care about hearing from you, their customer service is the worst in the industry. I just spent 2 hours waiting on someone to answer my calls and twice was cut off after over 30 minutes on hold. Their phone service is awful, please reconsider using Comcast unless you know you will never need to contact them for any reason!

Have had Comcast a few years now. Horrible customer service. Have set up appointments to have someone check our internet multiple times and no one has shown up or even called to let us know they were not coming. Internet goes out on a regular basis for days at a time. Would never have went with them had we known it would be this much of a hassle.
