Pathetic!!!!! Lazy, point blank. They have a gravy contract with Bright House that wont hold them accountable. They didnt want to have to do anything at all. The tech was full of excuses and just wanted Bright House techs to come behind him and do all of the work. Stay as far away from these people as possible. The management of the company was pathetic as well. Didnt look the part either.

They take child support payments out of their technicians paychecks, but they dont send it to the state. People are waiting 5 plus weeks for child support. They have no accountability and make excuses. Poorly operated company from every aspect.

Needs more professionalism, respect, and accountability for behavior and promises made. An abusive, hostile environment for clients and employees form due to those factors. Its a business, not a rehab center. :)
