Terrible customer service. The last 2 weeks Ive spent 3 hours on the phone with someone in a different country. Told to go get a new box at store. Unhooked everything and picked up new box, hdmi cable and a new remote that I have to pay for. Even bought a new TV, hooked everything up. Only got a few channels. Called customer service and was on phone for an hour. Finally gave me to a supervisor and he said I needed to wait 45 minutes for all the programming to show up. Said he would call me back. He never did. Got home the next night and still only have a few channels. Talked with customer service again for an hour and still missing a lot of channels. No help. Unplug, Unplug and unplug some more. They really dont care. Please dont ask me to go to Facebook or Twitter. Im on neither. Does anyone in the USA actually work for this company? Had Dish Network for 12 years and was very happy. My trees got big to receive there service . Im thinking about cutting down some trees. Time Warner Cable is like a used car salesman. What a lemon Ive got. Update : I was on a chat from 7:15pm -10:00 tonight. Nothing got resolved . Wouldnt you think they would look at the reviews.

They suck. My box will not come on. Their automated service person sends a reset signal to my box and tells me to hang up and wait for reset. If that doesnt work call back. Seriously call back. Obviously they dont care about my time. I dont even rate them a star. Ok so resetting my box didnt work as I knew it wouldnt. I take my box back to exchange for another. Apparently I had DVR and my package didnt include it. She tells me I can have DVR for 13 dollars more a month. My bill is already 140 dollars. I told her I was not paying anymore so she tells me 5 dollars a month. Seriously!!! Hey Time Warner Im not spending another dime. I have been getting DVR for the past year with my package already so why would I pay. Also if you cared about customer service you would have given me the DVR with my same package that Ive had for the past year Dear Stephanie. I do not have Facebook therefore I can not forward my account info to you. Such sad service

It is unbelievable that this company is even in business, and the only reason it is is that there is no competition here. They failed to show up for the installation appointment, which they make you confirm six times before they come- and then they blow you off. They then promised to get another installer there that night as I waited for another four hours. Pathetic! A week since I signed up for their outrageous internet/ television service- still - NOTHING!- I may just have to start a class action lawsuit and you know how I love to sue! Update- even worse! my homeWiFi doesnt work with smart TV,nor the wifi printer, nor the new Bose Wifi System. ! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Its a terrible service with abusive practices. Unless you buy one of their top two internet plans, expect to pay a hidden $4.99 WiFi fee. Note, this is in addition to their transparent $5.99 modem fee. For those less tech savvy these are two fees for the SAME service. I bought my own modem today so I could avoid paying the extra $10.99 in fees every month. If you do the same, be sure that its one of their approved modems ;). I can say without a doubt, if there were any other options where I live, I would go with them over TWC. But unfortunately they run a monopoly so I have no choice.

horrible experience this is by far the worst Internet service I have ever had and they charge you extra for each cable box in the house so they suggest using other devices like an Xbox or a roku. and jus downloading the time warner app on it but the Internet is so bad u cant watch a show without it buffering 1000 times or not being able to watch it in high definition. not to mention not being able to play any sort of game on ur gaming system without getting kicked off the server. highly recommend getting a different service we will be now!

Our service went out this past Friday night -- Called & they were going to send someone out on Sat morning from 8-9 -- when 9:30 came and we had a no show, I called backed, They stated they didnt have a work order for us & it would be Tuesday -- 5 days before we get service?? We have the complete package Home phone- Internet - & cable -- this seems very unacceptable to me that we would be without service this long -- Calling other services to see about changing.

Started out fine, then a few months later the throttling begins. Of course, they deny that they throttle their customers. Worst service ever. Price is not cheap either. $65 for 30mbps (which you normally only get around 10-13mbps on most days). Then they offer promotional 60mbps for $29.99 but of course it is never in your area - but they advertise locally. So when you call they will try to upgrade you to a $125 service.

Service technician came onto my private property, into my backyard without permission to hook up my NEIGHBORS internet. They came incredibly early in the morning, did not ask if they could come onto my property and left my back gate wide open. I let my dog out to use the bathroom and she escaped through the open gate. She ran all over the neighborhood before I could catch her. This is completely unacceptable!!

HORRIBLE company. Especially since SPECTRUM took over. they cancelled an order we had and jacked the price waaaay up. All prices going up now. Going to encrypt channels. I literally hate businesses that dont care about their customers. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and they treat me like crap! In about a month another provider is offering much better service and I will be DONE with them forever!!!!!!!

what a joke! I would recommend going with another ISP. The service they offer is less than desired and just short of being a joke. I play Xbox and pay for a 50 Meg connection. I just dont understand why they cant provide me better service for the money I pay. my games constantly lag and they tell me its the best they can do. My previous ISP had a much better network at the same speed with no lag. Shameful!!!

Lost Signal with a minute left in the playoff game. Menu and DVR items work but no signal for live tv. They supposedly sent a reset signal but never received it. This is the 3rd cable box this year. DVR problems. On Demand problems. I honest feel like there is a service issue of one type or another every damn day. I pay out the ass for their highest speed internet access which is limited to 50MB.

Horrible customer service! They have a monopoly, which has only become worse with the change to Spectrum, so your only two choices are dont have cable or pay an absurd amount for bad cable tv/internet with horrible customer service. Ive worked with insurance companies that were easier to deal with! My advice is to buy rabbit ears or read a book and add years to your life by not engaging with these people.
