I enjoyed the service until I moved I put it on hold while waiting for my new house to close. It took 2 weeks when I called to set it back up they said I didnt have it on hold and tried to give it to me for $20 a month more than what I was paying so I went to local office the lady was very nice and explained it would b $8 more a month because where I moved I was fine with it I asked would it b the same service she said yes so they hooked it up a week later and my 1st day off I go to watch and I only have local channels and internet for $98 a month and they charged my $30 for installation again!!! I called and they said I had same as before for same price I told them I know I had channels and I know what I paid and its not the same!!!! I will cancel and go somewhere else save yourselves a lot of $ and aggravation DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Finally got some awesome techs that hooked up my house. The service is better than dish. I like the dvr and hd boxes guide and all the on demand stuff is fantastic. Insane ammount of options. This internet is INCREDIBLE! The 50.0 is legit 50mbs. The customer service has been phenonenal since they became Spectrum. Keep up the good work!

Inexperienced and rude staff. Never had a good experience going into this branch. Also never had a good experience with time warner cable in general. They have very little competition in the Hopkins county area which allows for them to operate poorly and get by with it.

It were they take my money for ok service but the clerks are nice and help you with anything make sure if you set a appointment for something to triple check it things get lost a lot here or dont happen...
