We have been having trouble all summer with a low signal. Weve had repairmen out on four different locations and they all have said the problem is at the pole. But nothing gets done. I called again to complain and was told the technician has to put in a work order for the pole to be checked but they seem to ignore the fact that four different technicians have put in those orders. They wont even check to see where the problem is. We were a Time Warner customer for 25 years and never had such lousy service. Can anyone tell us how to get this fixed??? Its now starting to effect our wifi signal also. The phone will probably be next.

When my suddenly dad passed away we needed to transfer the account to my sister, who was going to take care of billing from then on and get a cheaper plan. The representative told us they couldnt do that because they had to talk to him. Of course dealing with the loss and the sheer stupidity of the representative, this was infuriating. Not really sure how lower you can sink. My recommendation if your family is planning to stick with them long term: gain immortality or learn to summon the dead, you should be fine if you want to ever change your plan.

Run away Fast People. I cancelled my TV service last may 2016. Spectrum takes over. They swack that I havent returned my 5 year old box. Youre going to reuse an outdated box? Ok! Then the poor lady in front of me cant afford $230 dollars a month!!!! Downgrading and switching wont get her a better deal???? Companies like this one do not care about their long term customers. They advertise way lower prices for new customers, but could not care less if you drop them. Ethics with Time Warner-Spectrum-Roadrunner-brighthouse-Charter is a major issue.

This company took out $219. Out my account twice this past Friday. I contacted them immediately, Im still waiting on my return of my money. They dont care what the customer is going through. Or the mistake that was made, Im leaving this company. Its bad enough I have been robbed by them. But its more worse when they dont care and only say sorry. I just received a five day notice from my landlord and they dont care.

Nothing good to say. Product is unreliable. Customer service is lower than the pits. Pricing is unreliable. Beware of intro offers -- the prices change on a designated date. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and test your system BEFORE the tech leaves. My tech didnt have any idea what he was doing even as he was being coached on the phone. Product NEVER worked. They wouldnt come back to disconnect or repair.

Time Warner was a pretty good company at first but performance of their network decreased materially in the past two years. Spectrum has not done anything to improve service, reliability or repairs and in fact have gotten worse. When I call for assistance no one can help, they simply give me a canned answers, apologize but never fix the problem.

Ordered cable services online, they sent me to many boxes so I had to bring them into the store. The associate had a bad attitude and made me take all boxes out myself and yelled at another customer for tapping on the tablet when signing in. Ill stick to the Mayfair location moving forward when I need in store assistance.

The Time Warner Cable store is clean and well organized. While there is a wait time, it was relatively short and the person who helped me was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to give me the right product and explain it to me thoroughly. I really appreciated the way I was treated.

This location got me through the line without too much hassle but they need an equipment drop off option/area. When I just have to drop off a cable box waiting for 20 minutes while people pay their bills is a bit ridiculous. The automated bill pay kiosk was broken so that probably contributed to the delay.

You can go with uverse for almost exactly the same service of strictly internet at half the price and they do not charge for equipment ex:modem. I called 3 times and spectrum does not appear to be worried about losing customers or staying competitive with other carriers.

one word can describe them : Worthless. We moved on June 18th, they screwed up, and set it up as a new account and not a transfer, deleted a 20 year account, the associated emails and phone number and screwed us over. And wont fix it

My husband cancelled it b/c they charge too much compared to Dish. On top of it, the connection is crappy when its raining bad or snowing. The channels are better, but Dish is worthwhile b/c its not expensive and better connection.

The place is kind of ghetto (mostly blacks working there too). Long wait times though they have a waiting queue system set up similar to the DMV. Overall an embarrassing presence for spectrum.
