I had two experiences that I approached management about, they did nothing to rectify it and actually insinuated it was my fault. Every time I picked up my husbands dress shirts I would have to re-iron them before he was able to wear them. Huge wrinkles all the way down the shirt. (And several times with broken & missing buttons but I was able to fix that). I tried everything. I pulled them out of the plastic as soon as I pick them up and hung them individually. But still they came home so incredibly wrinkled. I talked to the management about it. They were defensive and not helpful. Then I pulled in recently exactly 6 oclock on my clock. I pulled up to the window in my big SUV. The two women pretended like they didnt see me even though they clearly saw me as I was right next to them through the window. They did not open the door, say sorry its too late. They didnt look at me, make any movement with their hand, face, nothing. They didnt acknowledge me. Completely ignored me. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting to see if they would acknowledge me. I realize they close at six but they couldve at least told me one way or the other that I would not be able to get my clothes. Nada. We are done. We used them very regularly and it is extremely convenient to our house however we will no longer be customers.

The worker that I dealt with was likely the rudest human I have come across in a long time! She is an older blond smoker. I brought in my dress that I planned to wear during my wedding reception and stated specifically that I needed it PRESSED not dry cleaned. When I showed up to get it, it was every bit as wrinkled as when I dropped it off! I went in to complain and the young girl working at the counter directed me to speak to the woman outside smoking. When I showed her the wrinkles she simply shrugged and said "Well, its linen." She could not have cared LESS that they did not do what they were paid to do. Whats worse is that my sister easily starched out the wrinkles when she got in town. Do not go here! These people are awful!

Brought a black shirt in to be laundered, when I got it back it looked fine, when I got outside in the sunlight I could tell hat it was COVERED in lint. Called comet to ask them to fix it, was told that they would clean it for free if I hadnt worn it.... I was wearing it and was told in a very rude tone that they would now have to charge me for the service.

This cleaners next to Don Pancho Mexican restaurant is not even called Comet Cleaners. This place is actually called Grace Cleaners and the workers people described on these reviews do not even work there.

Told Friday item would be done Monday, came in every day to pick it up, finally done the following Friday, no commuication or concern.
