Based on my girlfriends experience (her words): If I could give no stars, that would be too much. This place is WAY over priced and if you need anything ON TIME DO NOT go here. I dropped off my items on a Thursday night told me they would be ready by Monday after 5, sure enough pull up at 5:30 walk in and she tells me they have 2 of the 3 items not the jacket. THEY HAVE MY BELT...but not my jacket.. how does THAT work?! I said why does it say after 5 if you dont have my items, I told her I would like a discount, she stated "it doesnt work that way" She said I can offer you a coupon, I said I have those..and she starting laughing. The girl that i delt with was so rude and didnt offer me any kind of solution except "i can call you tomorrow as soon as it gets here" i paid in full then left. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!

If you want to pay high prices and not know the price of alternations when you drop off your clothes, then go ahead and go here. They charged me $48.00 dollars for three hem alternations. Unbelievable and did NOT tell me when I was dropping them off how much they were going to charge, no estimate nothing. My reciept said ZERO dollars. Any coupons you use have to be used while you drop them off no wonder they will make sure they get their monies worth and charge a higher price to ensure the coupon is not really a coupon. BAD BUSINESS

I have my blankets cleaned here. So far so good. They always give me a 20% discount even if I dont have the coupon that is in the magazine sitting on their window ledge. The girls are very friendly. I must say, alot of the customers have attitudes. as I patiently wait for my items, so many rude demanding and Cocky customers walk in and demand immediate service. Even though they can clearly see the girls are already assisting other people who were there first. ...BEFORE them. Service is great, staff is very friendly and attentive.

This place rob me blind. I got a suit fitted to my size and two things dry cleaned. My bill was $75.00 which was already pricey. Came to pick up my things then the bill was $127.00 Gezzz. They stapled the other reciepts together so I couldnt see them... Save yourself a headache and money go somewhere else plz.

Im so upset, I brought my clothes in for same day service and was told they would be ready by 5 ! I was told they cant control was store the driver goes to first and the girls were not pleasant. As of 5:38pm I was still sitting in my car upset!

Unfriendly staff, ridiculous price. Stopped going here once I paid $13 for a $20 target dress to be dry cleaned. No thanks.
