I took a very beloved white, linen skirt to Pennys last week. I picked it up only slightly less stained but considerably shrunken in the waist. My favorite skirt is now 2 sizes too small and I have to spend more money at a different cleaner to fix Pennys mess. They also dont have stellar customer service. Very so so. I will not be back, and I dont recommend Pennys to anyone.

Do not go here. I went there ONE TIME to have a suit cleaned. They ripped off my top button without even informing me of this. The customer service/friendliness is nonexistent. Others in Tuscaloosa share similar stories. You are better off dirty than letting this terrible business handle your clothes

We needed a suit cleaned for a funeral and was denied quick service from many local cleaners. One of the employees told the owner about our situation and he provided us with the service and stayed late to make it happen. Our family is very thankful that this company has helped us in a time of grief.
