I would give this place negative stars if that was possible. Rude and awful customer service! They have a sign on their window that says they take all competitors coupons, great I will present one when I pick up and pay for my dry cleaning. I went to pick up my husbands MILITARY uniform and they woman at the counter would not honor the coupon. No discount nothing and then she LIED and said she told me that when I brought in the uniform for cleaning. Ummm...no you did not. But instead of having good customer service and saying we will honor it this time but you need to bring it when you drop off. Nope, that did not happen and I will NEVER go here again and I will tell everyone I know to take their business someplace else. And thanks a lot for supporting our troops and their wives that are trying to save a few bucks!!!

I have been extremely pleased with their service and attention to detail. Being open on Saturday is also a huge plus for me. Robert Smith, the owner, is actively involved in working with the customers every day, so that impresses me too. My old cleaners were pitiful compared to these folks.
