This place doesnt deserve anybodys business. I got a shirt back with a rip in the collar that was not there before. The lady at the front told me that it was old and happens naturally. I explained that the shirt was not that old and there were no other visible signs of wear and tear. She told me to call the owner and said she was not going to help. I asked what she did with other customers like this and she told me I was the first one. This place is pathetic. By the end of our transaction she was literally yelling and telling me to leave and call the owner. This place is pathetic and I hope it goes out of business ASAP.

I brought in 12 shirts to be cleaned and pressed. When I returned to pick them up there was a large stain on the front of one shirt. I was told by an employee to come back on a weekday to speak with a manager, and I was specifically told not to come after 2pm because the woman working is mean. I arrived the following Wednesday after 2pm and I was treated so rudely. The woman was awful and accused me of bringing the shirt in stained. She said, "people lie like this all of the time." So I paid for the shirts and left. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Go there all the time. Chef coats come out perfect, and never any customer service issues.
