Extremely bad dry cleaning service. Dropped off some wool sweaters for dry cleaning but they did not paid enough attention so the clothes shrank. I went bk acto talk to them and the lady from the register said that she will inform the management and I will be called by them in a couple of days; that never happened. After a week I went back there; it was the assistant manager working and she told me that they tried several times to call me but they could not reach me because I did not have enough credit on my phone. That was a lie because I have a family plan for few years and is no way somebody will receive that answer when call me. She also told me that is not their fault in destroying my clothes because they had their job done in the right way. No refunds, no apologies. She also refused my request of getting me in touch with the manager. Bad service and worse customer service!

Normally its okay to park and get your laundry done. There is limited parking at the place and gets filled up. They do not close till 7 and last load to start is at 530pm. However, the day before game day, either the owner or someone else blocks the entrance with a set of saw horses, so they can set up a tent for the game. They block off the entire parking lot which does not allow customers to park nor get access to their laundry. Ive even seen people bring their items to be dry cleaned. Then I noticed that all of their stuff is put into a washer, soaked in detergent and hung to dry. This will damage some items sensitive to heat as they do dry the items for a short period

I have used 1 Stops dry cleaning service for several years and I highly recommend them. I wear a suit to work every day and get all my dry cleaning done at 1 Stop. My shirts are neatly pressed just the way I like them. The staff is always friendly, calling me by name when I come in.
