I would like to start of with saying that If I could rate them below one star I would give them 1/8th of a star. Took my truck to haller numerous times with hit or miss service the last two visits have been complete upsets. The service done on my truck and the amount of time waisted have me lost as a long time customer. My truck was brought in for a diagnosis, after a few hrs they tell me the problem then tell me my truck would be ready by the end of the day. 15min till there closing time I call to ask what the status of my truck is, they say its not ready. This goes on for 3 days. During thoes three days I drive by the shop to see my truck sitting in the parkinglot with the windows rolled down (more the just cracked) while its pouring down rain outside, soaking the interior of my truck. I call them on day 4 to ask the status which they then tell me there is another issue that they were going to adress with another $400 charge. A full week goes by and after me having to call them, they finally tell me that they "cant find the parts to replace". So I ask them what the parts are which they give me bogus part names. After 8 days of my truck sitting outside their shop, inside there shop and god knows where else I get a call to pick up my truck around 4pm. When I show up to pick up my truck they then proceed to tell me my truck is running in a worse condition than when I brought it into the shop. I am completely disgusted with haller and will never recommend them to anyone. Do not waist your time or money with them. I would recommend you to ask a lawn care professional to work on your car before I refer you to h-car. Poor communication with customers, extreme lack of knowledge, Poor time management, Poor customer service, Poor work. Seek help else where.

Haller Automotive completely ripped me off. My husband was deployed so I was trying to get his car all fixed up upon his return. I went there and they "supposedly" fixed up his car, including installing a new radiator, new battery, and new air conditioning system. They told me that would make his car work and run perfectly. When my husband went to drive it for the first time, it started running hot, and the air conditioner still wasnt working. We paid them over $700 to get those fixed. We took his car back to Haller, and they have had it for 3 weeks. By this time we were frustrated and told them just to put the car back together...they charged us $500 and did not fix a thing. I have a problem with the blatant dishonesty of this establishment. They still havent given us our car back, and were threatening to hold on to it unless we paid them more money. I am beyond distraught; this business should be shut down. Bullying the military should not be tolerated, nor taking advantage of spouses. I would not recommend this poor establishment to anyone, ever! Im writing to the Better Business Bureau of Tennessee today. This is completely disheartening and ridiculous.

I have used Haller Complete Automotive Repair 2 times in the past year. I have a 05 Lincoln Ls with all the Bell & Whistles, there is no room in the engine bay to work on at all. I dread having to get repairs on it because I know it will be expensive. The first time I took it to Haller the alternator had gone bad, they ran the diagnostics, got me a new alternator overnight. I even had a serpentine belt lying around I had been meaning to install (but with the tight working space couldnt), Haller installed it for free with the alternator because it was already part of the install procedure. The second time I took my car to Haller was for wheel/suspension issues. They installed a new wheel bearing, and breaks all around. The guy at the front desk has always been helpful & polite. The cost is higher than some of the smaller shops around town, BUT nowhere near dealership prices. Haller also warranties their work for I believe 12months/ 12,000 miles. All in all my car has been and will continue to return to H-Car incase of any problems.

This place is not a professional company. I took my truck there I was having a fuel problem. They gave me a 317$ tune up and I couldnt even get out of there parking lot with out my truck dieing out on me. My problem was a fuel pump any top notch repair company would off knew that. They fix what they wanted to and then told me O sorry we believe it was the fuel pump. The lady that work as manager tried to tell me that the fuel pump was cold that is Y it not running correctly but when it warms up it will run better. She said it will warm up and the gas will get thin and it will run better. She is completely lost. Fuel pump runs better when it is cold it gets worst as it get warm. Basically I had to call All Tech to come pick it up out of there parking lot. Just spend the extra money with the professionals it will get done right

Worst shop. Brought them my axles to have them replace the u joints. they told me they would be done the same day. They werent. Next day they call me to pick them up. Get there and pay for the job and as Im walking out the door I realize that my parts are broken. They werent even going to tell me. I showed them and they said they would have to order new parts and that it would take 6 days!!!!!!y wife is 9 Months pregnant and this is her car. She missed two days of work and I had to take one day off to deal with this screw up. They refused to discount or refund me even a penny and they manager couldnt even be man enough to talk to me himself. He had the clerk do it. Needless to say I will never go back to this crappy shop me neither should you.

I had a great experience! I went in for an electrical diagnostic price because the shop I normally go to charges double! I also needed an oil which would have also cost me double elsewhere! The customer service was amazing and she also explained to me some other things that I needed to be aware of concerning my car and potential safety. Im out of work and struggling to make ends meet so it meant alot to me that I didnt feel pressured to spend a crazy amount of money! Also, they blessed me a new windshield wiper! I thank God for them because I spent way less money note than it wouldve cost me had my car broken down!

NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! In 1 year i took my vehicle to align all 4 tires twice, new brakes (that wer crap) and turn my rotors...the shaking continued alignment was off both times, the brakes felt griny...rotors (according to dealership) were never turned. $500 down the drain. I am now paying $950 to get this all fixed, had to buy new tires cause they were worn out wrong, new rotors, adjust brakes, all 4 wheel alignment (now with warranty on all work). save yourself and go elsewhere!
