Just writing to let you guys know Im very disappointed on my first and most likely last visit. I went in last Saturday at 8 in the morning for a simple brake light check. My 2 back break lights would not activate. After being there until after 12 (4 hours later) They came to the conclusion that I needed a ECU replacement. They replaced my break switch which added on to the cost of over $100 with the part and labor. With that and already the labor they put into it cost a total of around $220. I ended up going to my dealer the following Monday just to find out all I needed was my bulbs replaced!!! This is insane to me they didnt figure this out. Its unfortunate because everyone there was very nice. But this is unacceptable. It was a complete waste of over $200. I know I probably cant get a refund but I will at least make this as a huge complaint. I dont know if they did this on purpose or not. But either way thats ridiculous.

I was very weary about walking into this place based on the reviews I saw. I was pleasantly surprised at what excellent service I received! I walked in to get a oil change I was in and out in 15 minutes. Jimmy the manager was most insightful and thorough with explaining to me the condition of my car. The prices are also very reasonable and I would recommend to give them another chance because theyre under new ownership.

Called to see what they charge for diagnostic. They explained they charge $88.00 1hr work. Then explained that If I get the work done their they work that 88.00 into the repair. Completely outrageous go to Mcinnis. They charge 40 and take that off if you go to them for the repair.

Horrible customer service skills. When I walked in the first thing out of the guys mouth was its going to be $145 for an oil change of that car. Not even a hello. Didnt end up changing my oil here. Walked out. Dont recommend to anyone.
