"Terrible Terrible Terrible"...I took my car in for an oil change and wiper blade change. I didnt notice until the following day that the hood where the blades were change was very badly damaged...not scratched but the paint was missing from the area where the wiper blades lifts, on both sides. I was told that "there was no way to prove this happened at Car-X" and that I should just put some wax on it. I will never go there again and recommend you take a video of any repairs beforehand as proof. Very very upset.
