La atencion del personal fue amable y cordial, pero muyyyy lenta. Fui con un tornillo pequeño en una de mis llantas, luego de 45 minutos me dijeron que la llanta era irreparable, debido a q el tornillo estaba muy cerca (1.5cms) del borde de la llanta y que esto lo hacia irreparable. Por mi poca experiencia con carros en EU y el afan de que la larga espera acabara, decidi cambiar la llanta, me valio 97 dolares y cuando la lleve despues a un montallantas latino la repararon sin problema y dijeron que garantizaban el trabajo y que nada pasaria. Fui victima del consumismo, muy disgustado con el personal de FIRESTONE.

I would hire the service representative in my own business in a heartbeat. He treated me as if I was an honored guest when I walked through the door as opposed to another idiot joining the choir of people walking in the day before Thanksgiving to get something done they shouldve done weeks ago. He made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire shop. Every step of the way, he came over to me, updated and advised. He saved me money and assured me Id get out of town in time for my Thanksgiving plans. When we were done, the service tech from the garage came out and highlighted some things and thanked me. It was like you guys were filming a commercial or something while I was there. SO IMPRESSED. I think the advisors name was Zack or something like that. He was wearing glasses, slim build and a sock hat. He complimented my truck and said, "I wish I had a truck like that." Firestone corporate needs to get this guy a Dodge Ram 1500 ;)

I just had a meltdown where I got upset because of no reason at all except me having a bad week and took it out on these kind people... The Mgr. there calmed me down and prayed with me and even looked at my other car that the check engine light had just came on while my other vehicle was being serviced; he could have kicked me out of his store for my rudness, but Andy didnt,he even gave me a message that I just placed on my dashboard, "this too shall pass"! Thank you Andy for being a great representative of Firestone and a true example of a Christian! You and your team our honest people,that definitely are a true reflection of quality and excellent customer service! Please make sure you visit this Firestone location for your vehicle needs, it may cost you but know you are getting quality and honest work done!

Took my 97 ranger in to have brake lines fixed. They lied to me and told me I needed to rebuild the entire brake system and have all 4 new brakes and were going to charge me $1800. My front brakes are brand new... I took it to Budget Brakes for a second opinion and they fixed everything for $500 and fixed my front bumper for free. i have had great experiences in the past but this was pretty lame. They do great work, but I would recomend a second opinion before going with them.
