They did a great job from day one. Our agent was the only company willing to come to our home to provide a quote for the move. We had a full load greater the 20,000 lbs. Our move was from Mississippi to PA and they got there on time and delivered on time. We packed nearly everything and they packed the kitchen, dining room and all large pictures and valuables. We had no damage except for our garden tractor hood got scuffed Otherwise all other goods delivered as packed. We were very satisfied Mitzi and Chris are a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed and did what they said and what was needed to make the move a success. We were also able to get used boxes for our packing in advance. The team a the headquarters in Memphis was very helpful and offered additional support during our visit. I hoped our cost was lower but Lanigan provided a not to exceed price in the contract. I hoped we would receive a lower final price after delivery as promised by Mitzi our coordinator. Still waiting a call for final closure on claim filed for minor damage experiences afte 2 weeks. All in all we had a good experience and successful move.

I hired Lanigan Worldwide Moving and Storage to do an interstate pack and move for me. After unpacking all my belongings myself, I realized the only item missing was my laptop. The head mover who took inventory did not record the laptop and claimed none of the three men ever saw it even though I had taken photos of all my belonging, including the laptop, prior to my move. After nearly a month of debating whether the laptop was lost or stolen with both Lanigan and Allied, I was relieved when Lanigan upper management finally took my case seriously. The agent I had dealt with directly as well as the three movers direct supervisor had merely told me to keep looking for it and it was out of their hands. Once it got to upper management, they handled everything very tactfully. Although they never admitted that their men stole the laptop, they did reimburse me for half of the value I claimed. I recommend that if you allow Lanigan or any mover to pack for you, that you take extra care to document any and all items especially those of higher value rather than counting on the moving crew to do it for you.

Lanigan Worldwide Moving did a fantastic job of packing and loading our furniture in Memphis. Everyone that was there was very professional, friendly and helpful. I just wish that they could have taken those guys with them to unload! In VA, our truck driver had a meeting with the guys before they started and told them what he expected of them. They were friendly and were very careful with our furniture. However, they did not listen to me or read what I had put on the boxes as to which room they went to. Somehow I dont think that boxes labeled dishes belong in the upstairs bedroom and boxes labeled clothes dont belong in the garage. We had more boxes in wrong rooms than were where they were supposed to be. I think that the guys on the Memphis end would have done better (and looked more professional also)!

We hired Lanigan/Allied for an interstate move this summer. After getting 4 quotes, Allied gave us the best rate. Their setup was a little different from what weve experienced before in that they have the first crew arrive on day 1 to pack everything and then have the movers arrive on day 2 to load the truck. It took only 5 days from loading to delivery in our new house (approximately 1,000 miles). Overall, our experience was quite good. The movers on both days were thorough and considerate. Id definitely recommend them to anyone in the Memphis area who is planning an interstate move. Nothing was broken, nothing was missing. All of our belongings were packed well. Mitzi Lyne, our Lanigan rep, was very helpful and answered all of my questions without delay.

Lanigan Worldwide Moving moved us from our house of 18 years to our new home. They packed everything in the house for us and were careful and efficient with our things. All of this was done with no breakage or damage...it was incredible. Their staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We needed some items grouped together for easy access, and it was taken care of willingly. They would check with us through out the packing process to make sure they were packing to our instructions. The unload process was also done with great care for our furniture and property. They were a pleasure to work with all through our moving process, and I wont hesitate to use them again.

I hired Lanigan to do an interstate move recently. However, when I received my furniture at its destination, they had neglected to put my bed frame on the truck, and some of the brackets were missing in my armoire, which makes half of it unusable. Ive had three interstate moves in four years, and this is truly the WORST experience I had of the three. If Im going to have to wait for two weeks for my furniture, at least have it all there, guys! For a local move, I may consider these guys. For an interstate move? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Mike Dugger worked with myself and my in-laws amazingly, even with me half way across the country, and the driver, also named Mike, was incredibly courteous, efficient, and punctual. The people at Lanigan (from the sales rep to the movers) were very professional and extremely helpful. We moved on very short notice and they were very accommodating. The the men who actually packed and moved our furniture were very careful and thorough and so very nice. Everything arrived at our new home on schedule and nothing was damaged. It was the best moving experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Lanigan.

Used this company from TN to TX. They lost several boxes and damaged my home furnishings. Their office told me to make a claim. After several weeks of getting the run around, they declined claim. Did research and this is a common problem. Paid a lot of money for this company to move my furnishings and they ended up loosing my stuff. I would have most definitely use someone else.

Initial contact in Memphis fine, but then move to Arizona was outsourced to another company without our knowledge. Delivery date missed, not sure when our furniture is showing up, and to boot I have my 80 year old mother with us, all just waiting!
