Needed help unloading a cube of elderly fathers items when he gave up his Fl. apt. Upack arranged for Big League Movers to unload cube when it arrived in Germantown. 2 eager young men arrived from Big League on time to do the job. However, they could not move the couch/sofa bed into the bedroom. Said it was too big after trying 2 different doorways. Didnt have tools, said they didnt know how to remove the door. I did removed the door. Still couldnt get the couch in the room. I called another local company the next day and couch was moved appropriately. It was suggested that the movers sent by Big League were inexperienced summer help that did not understand "couch geometry." My call to Big League Movers about the situation was not returned.

T. Ruff provided a spot on estimate prior to the move. The day of the move I received a call prior to the teams arrival to inform me of their ETA. They arrived on time & ready to work. Great team, great personalities, great work ethic! Thanks to J. Rosenthal, J. Gibbs, W. Green, R. Mitchell & C. Wright. This is the 3rd time Ive used Big League Movers. The 1st time was just moving small items from one home to another. The 2nd was moving items from my mothers home to mine & the next day moving items, long distance, from my mothers home to South Carolina. This move was the biggest, by far. Thanks again.

My second time using Big League! My first time is when the company was first starting up and the owner was actually doing some moving. Its great to see how efficient theyve grown over the past 7 yrs. Yesterdays move was just as good as the move I used them for in 2010. The guys had a good rhythm and good attitude (I went from a 3rd floor apt to a 3rd floor apt - yikes!). The move was quick, considering the steps they had to climb. I would definitely recommend Big League for your moving needs. Oh by the way, Tanner(sp?) is a great team leader and a valuable asset to BL! SU

Thank you for the excellent move! They moved me from Little Rock to Memphis on short notice. The moving team - Tanner, Carlos, and Cory were respectful and extremely careful with my items. They treated me like family and were extremely patient. Moving is already stressful but when you do it on a long distance scale, it takes a higher level of expertise and this team came through for me. I wasnt sure what to expect; this was the first time I had ever used their services but Im sure it wont be the last. Well done!

Ive used these guys for 3 out of 4 local moves. Do not waste your time and money renting truck from subhaul. Go ahead and ask Big League about renting their truck...IT IS WAY CLEANER THAN RENTING YOUR OWN. Every crew of young men theyve ever sent to me was FAST FRIENDLY AND MOVED MY STUFF LIKE IT WAS THEIR OWN. THIS IS THE BEST MOVING COMPANY IN THE CITY. They are very up front about pricing, a much of a pain as moving is, if you call Big League, you will have one less thing to worry about.

The loading guys spent almost an hour wrapping two bed frames in blankets, and didnt even load half the furniture into the truck and their two hours were over. I paid 300$ for nothing and my girlfriend and I ended up loading 90% of our stuff ourselves. Very polite, but very expensive and totally useless helpers. Save your money and do it yourself. By the way, these people were contracted to me by SML - Simply Moving Labor, which is honestly a scam.

My daughters bed was delivered and set up in no time. They arrived within the first 30 min. of their 12-4 window which made my day go a lot smoother since I wasnt waitin around for hours on their call. They found our place with no problems and its... well, "in the middle of nowhere" very professional and efficient! Would definitely recommend! If only gettin my daughter out of our bed into her new one would transition just as smoothly!

Big league movers are as professional as they come! Not to mention extremely courteous and kind. D. Smith, G. Arnold, and J. Sails, were my crew and I couldnt have better things to say about them. Showed up right on time and were done moving a two story four bedroom home in four hours, all of the main heavy furniture being upstairs too. I highly recommend this company! I now know why they are Memphiss Best! Thanks guys!

I wouldnt even think twice about choosing anyone other than Big League Movers. Not only were the movers punctual, they paid great detail to wrapping and padding the furniture to ensure that everything was transported safely and without damage. Our move lasted all day and the guys worked tirelessly with great attitudes - it really made a huge difference on what would have been a really stressful day. Thank you!

I am so glad someone recommended Big League Movers to me!!! I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. I had Josh Rosenthal, Tevin Carter and Cameron Harper on my move and they worked non stop to get things moved and it was ALOT of stuff to move. There were never any complaints and my items were handled with care- I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Absolutely amazing!!!!! They call a couple of days prior to your move to just go over everything. They were on time !!! Not a minute late. Very polite and professional. Smooth move! This was our 3rd time using Big League and as always they took great care of us. The crew worked incredibly hard and ensured we were completely happy. To top if off at the end of a 13 hour work day they played soccer and volleyball with my kids and were just genuinely a great group of folks.

These movers were great! And I have had some bad experiences in the past so I was quite concerned. Everything was moved without a single ding or scratch. And they were even ready to go before their scheduled window, which was great. I will only be calling on Big League Movers for my future moving needs.

Tanner and Marvin called before they came. They were stopping at the store on the way and even asked if I needed anything. Wow. I was just having furniture moved around inside my home, but these two guys treated every piece like it was their own. Courteous and professional. It was great

Thank you Big League movers for the day before phone call, explaining the paperwork, prompt arrival at scheduled time and completion of services .Excellent customer service from the moving guys. These are typical things you expect but rarely given in todays world. Highly recommend!
