Incredibly easy and cost efficient move. The web site was very user friendly with instantaneous contact from the local upack firm. Driver delivered pod at agreed upon time, as well as retrieved it on time. Same with delivery, no brainer! This is THE WAY to move small household goods. Paperwork is formatted to support military move requirements. Ill definitely use UPack again!

I used upack to move from Memphis to Tampa. I was surprised at the affordability and ease. Drivers went out of their way to deliver truck and transport on my schedule cant say enough. I hope to never move across country again but if I had to, I would use them again 5 stars. Competitor was 2x as expensive.

We have used this service twice now and both times have been great. The "relo-cubes" are great to fill yourself and have them pick it up and haul it. Both times weve used them they have been 20% cheaper than using uhaul or another drive it yourself moving company.
