This initial moving experience has been very traumatic. Mainly because we are moving not because we want to but only because we have to. However, The Manager, Mr. Thomas was very helpful from start to finish. He has made this entire process easy. As a matter of fact I felt as though he became our "Moving Consultant". In addition the facilities were very clean and the smell was as if we just had a ton of bricks removed from our shoulders knowing that our belonging will be secured and " Odor Free". This is our first storage experience ever.... and if need be will will always look for a "CubeSmart" if ever we have this experience again. Thanks Mr. Thomas . Oh by the way, the initial reservations we made before we even went to the site were handled professionally and with ease as well. The follow-up email said it all.........!!!!

My experience with cubesmart at the Hwy 18 location in Jackson, MS, was great! The guy there really helped me out alot. He made everything easier. The cubs seems really clean and very well protected.

Storage rate & space is great but didnt get the hrs in usage of the truck on the first day & still had to pay full rate o n the next business day, i think i got cheated on that.
