This place is just... no. They are unreliable and dont honor their word. They quoted my mother a minimum of 2 hours and a $98 service charge, with a total of $294. She only has a two bedroom apartment and didnt even have that much furniture. She also had everything packed and ready to put on the truck. It took them 6 hours to move a two bedroom. SIX FREAKING HOURS! They were slow, they took a break several times, (and I mean unload one thing, take a break, unload another, take a break). I even went to help with my husband and we were the ones that were moving everything down the stairs. The total came out to be $916. Then, dealing with the manager, Tom, has also been a nightmare. He agreed that she had been over charged, but has done nothing about it yet. She has been calling every day with his promise to "call back tomorrow by noon" and then never does.

They are AMAZING! They were true to their word in every way! From start to finish nothing but courteous and kind to my entire family! Helped in every way they could from packing to moving. Would recommend to anyone!!!
