I just so happen to run across this review after forgetting about submitting one years ago b/c of website issues. I dont know if management has changed within the last several years or their employees but my experience was terrible. I literally moved about 6 miles down the road from where I live and the guys drove extra slow behind me to extend out the time. They were literally going about 25mph down the road and I had to pull over about 2 times b/c of going through redlights (at 25mph). When we get to the house the guys proceed to take their time unloading what little furniture I had to extend more of the time. All in all with distance traveled and furniture that I had it shouldve taken about 2 hours especially being that I helped them to speed them up. The guys had no personality whatsoever and ended up putting a hole in the wall (it was a newly remodeled and painted house). I decided to fix the problem myself b/c at this point I was so irritated with them and the service I just wanted them out of my house b/c the seemed untrustworthy and turns out I was more than correct on that aspect. After a day or so I noticed a couple items missing and calling the office it took about 2 weeks before they brought the items back saying they accidentally left it on the truck. The guy tells me that b/c my wife called the office she almost got him fired like it was her fault he was trying to steal my d@mn items. Well after that debacle, about a month or so later I started noticing more small items were missing that I hadnt noticed and knew right off the bat the thieves they employed must have kept them. The whole time they were in my house kept asking if I was going to keep this table, or that picture, or this item and was just very suspect. I had to be talked out of legal action by spouse b/c she just wanted it all to be over. This was about 3yrs ago so not sure if same management and employees or not but be very very wary of this company as Ill never forget them or the horrible experience. And Im still f^kn pissed they got away with some of my items and the time and money I wasted repairing the wall they messed up.

If there was a way that I could give a zero, then I would. Totally incompetent. Damaged my furniture, under estimated the time of the move by 5 HOURS, called to state that they would "go ahead and preauthorize my card for 10 hours", when their poor decisions went awry. At the end, wanted me to actually sign a form agreeing that the damage done to my items were pre-existent!! Unbelievable. Then, when I submitted a survey, no one followed up. When I called, the sales manager returned the call, not the owner or general manager, and he assured me that neither would return my call or compensate my losses. Really? Bottom line: USER BEWARE! DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR GOODS AND WALLET!!

My experience with Two men and a truck was smooth. They came on time, loaded everything down to the last piece of foam. Their behavior and overall demeanor was courteous as well. Everything finished on time and I did NOT at any point feel like they were dragging their bums to charge more. All items including behemoths like 60" tv were moved safely. Overall happy with the experience. Will hire them again.

The men were courteous, careful and professional. We had a concern about an antique dresser so the men took time to wrap and pad the dresser so it arrived safely to its destination. I would do business with them again and highly recommend.
