Our PODS delivery guy refused to place the POD we ordered in the location requested due to the ground/yard being unexpectedly wet. Thats fine, but they also refused to place it anywhere along our gravel road leading to the backyard where the POD would have been more accessible for our move. His reasoning was it was also too wet. This gravel road is the same one he drove up and backed up to get to our house as it is a continuation of our driveway. He left the POD in the front of the house. I would have to upload a panoramic photo to show just how far away this POD was placed from the original desired area. Our delivery guy was also very good at telling me what he wouldnt do and wouldnt hear any suggestions I gave. Its unlikely in my opinion that he would have gotten stuck because we have many heavy trucks driving on that same road day in and out for the renovation that is happening. At the end of the day, we have a storage unit on location, but it was an extreme pain, huge waste of my time, and a test of patience. I wouldnt use this company again unless I lived on a large cement pad, so they would have no room for a compliance issue.

We needed to store our belonings for about two months while remodeling so we called pods. The pod was delivered when they said it would be, placed where we wanted it so we could load our stuff and after we didnt need it any more, picked up the next day. We really picked the right company for this! Thank you! We recommend calling pods now to everyone!

PODS is a great alternative to self storage because the storage comes to you! I hated the thought of have to drive all my things to a storage unit but thanks to PODS I didnt have to worry about that.
