I deeply regret using this moving company. Unfortunately Mad City was booked for my move date, so I had to find another company. Amyra was helpful in the phone when I called to organize my move. It sounded like Id be getting top notch service from them, so I agreed to the very high prices they charge. My experience on the day of the move was pretty awful. They wasted a lot of time standing around at one end or the other, waiting for their partner to return. I had hired three friends to help with the move, and it still took us two and a half hours longer than anticipated. I was living in a third floor apartment, in a building with a total of 54 apartments. Things were left unattended in hallways and around the ramp to the truck. The truck itself was left idling the entire time, for anybody to jump in and drive off with my possessions. In addition to all of that, there were several items damaged during the move as well as damage to the brand new home I moved into. I will say Ramiro was very mindful of caring for all of the items, but the other guy was not, at all. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your move if you can. Nearly everyone else has a lower hourly rate and will do a better job!

The professionalism and skills of the guys that I worked with to move my 2 bedroom apartment was beyond compare. The company is slightly more expensive than what you would find elsewhere in Madison by $10/hr, however, for my move to Fond Du Lac WI, other competitors wanted to charge a fuel charge, so in reality, it was a wash. The staff at the store were very accommodating when we had to pencil in two different dates for the move and were willing to offer help packing, moving, and unpacking. Also, the guys that I worked with took the time to wrap things carefully and not load heavy things on top of boxes that had glass and fragile things. They noticed the warnings on our boxes without needing to be micromanaged. They really felt like they offered the upper level of service and professionalism. The only thing I would warn anyone considering a moving company is that they may not transport all types of liquids, so be ready to move those yourself. If youre considering a mover, I would take these guys again without a doubt. The more youre willing to do in advance, the cheaper your move and the faster your move is.

I submitted an online quote request. I immediately got a call from an after hours service letting me know that the company was closed for the day and would contact me the next day. The next day, i got an email from Shannen stating that she "was unable to reach [me] via phone" and that more information was needed to get my quote together and attached a spread sheet for me to fill out and send back. I filled it out and sent it back to her right away. So far could be worse (except that there where no missed calls or voice mails or anything on my phone leading me to think that Shannen didnt actually try to call me). It has now been 2 weeks sense i sent the details of my move back and i havent heard anything useful from this company, though they did send me at least 10 spam emails about "how to move." Im moving in a month and will be using other movers or bribing my friends to help.

My whole experience with Two Men (actually had Three Men on move day) and a Truck was excellent. When I first called for pricing I was worried about the cost. What I found is I was able to have them do as much or as little as I wanted. Michael gave me specific things I could do prior to movers to speed the move and lessen the cost (move items to the garage to save time). Basically, they determined the amount of work and actual movers, the size/quantity of trucks and then had an hourly rate. I was able to say a maximum $$ amount and/or amount of hours so I would know the most I had to pay. The movers were great, introduced themselves, looked around and began right away. De was one of the movers and was a one man moving machine! In the end they were able to complete the move 45 minutes faster than what I had budgeted. Great company and great service

I made a recent move and if things could go wrong they did..the morning of the move, road construction closed the lane directly in front of my driveway, arriving at new place to find that the elevator motor had blown that morning and it would require walking (and carrying things) up five flights of stairs...made a call to Two Men to postpone the move....and then the building management team offers me a better place (with same rent) in one of their other buildings so a quick call to Two Men and they were able to get a team for my move. They were fast and efficient at both the old and new locations with good humor about the situation. The actual move turned out to take only half the time that was estimated. This was my second time using their services and if I EVER move again they will be the ones I call!

Two men showed up on time. One was 6 8" and can lift full dressers solo. One was a packing and wrapping guru. They packed, moved, and unpacked in 3.75 hours and thats the fastest Ive EVER moved all of my stuff, which included a lot of garage items. I have nothing bad to report, and Im a tough critic. They handled objects with efficiency, delicacy, and I couldnt have been more satisfied. Nothing was damaged in the move or moving things into my new home. Complimentary garment boxes were packed and unpacked by them. They have special boxes to move hard to handled items like glasses and other fragile stuff. Thanks for hiring Dustin and Brian Two Men! They are fantastic employees! Ill be seeing you next time I have to move (which will hopefully be never).

I was planning on moving to another unit within my complex. I ended up doing the speadsheet/online quote. Nicole quoted my move at 1k, even though a friend and I were able to do the move easily across town in a 14ft truck with room to spare in less then 6hrs total. Keep in mine both of us are tiny females. Nicole quoted the travel time as 1.5hrs to me, google maps says 30mins and she gave another another 30min to my new apartment (really a 2min walk). When confronted with information she proceed to recite my check list to me and the blown up move (7hrs) and travel time. All and all, I do not recommend, very unprofessional.

Hey, it was snowing; not a good day to move out of attic storage to a mini-warehouse space, but who cares because Ryan and Rudy were in good spirits and carried the day with their energy and attentiveness to our detailed instructions and requests. This was moving at its best accompanied by a bit of banter, laughter, and creative solutions to an excess of clothing on hangars. We enjoyed our 2 hours so much, we are looking forward to spring when we plan to ask for "our crew" and get our basement cleared out of 20 years of accumulation. You cant go wrong. Thank you Ryan! Thank you Rudy! We will do this again!
