Very hard working staff but bad operation overall. Paid and ordered a single tire not in stock exactly a month ago and have been waiting for it since then. Ive been back with an appointment and they lost the tire as well as my hours off I took from work. Needed two tires a month ago - I have one and have spent 6 collective hours there and I am still in need of the other one to arrive. I hope my third visit will be different if so I will update this review.

Love Costco and their tire service is one of the many reasons why. They honored the warranty on the tires my parents purchased in a different Costco location and changed my tire after I realized it was about to blow out. Can get busy, but worth it! You can call to make an appointment as well.

Prices are decent but had the worst customer service. Only 1 guy staffing the front and was quoted and hour and a half, took over three hours of excuses to get my car tires on. Last car I bring here.

Came in for tire rotation on tires that were bought here 1130 was promised 2.5 hours..came back 1350 and they are just getting the car into the bay
