Worst experience ever! Ashley cut my hair last year there and I walked out with an awesome haircut! I just had a baby and was looking forward to some "me" time. I booked an appointment but Ashley was no longer there. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I didnt walk out until 7pm! I sat there and waited while my stylist talked to others about where she should start with my hair. She didnt touch my hair until 3pm. While I sat there I saw a guy leave very unhappy after the second stylist tried to fix his hair. I also saw a woman get turned away because the stylist could not do "that" to her hair and a young lady leave with highlights that she was not thrilled with. I thought that I would be the exception that day. No...that sadly wasnt the case. I walked out with the wrong color and the wrong haircut. The stylist that applied color ended up cutting my hair too because she took too long with my color. She offered to fix my hair if I came back when she wasnt busy the following day or the following week. Yeah right! I didnt want anybody else there to touch my hair either. What happened to the Toni and Guy staff that were there last year? The new staff seems to be incompetent. Never going back!

I have been going to Toni and Guy for over 10 years. Christopher has been my stylist from the beginning and he is amazing. I am always getting compliments on my hair even 6-8 weeks into the cut! I have short hair and my cuts last. I now take my two girls(12&14) to have their hair cut here. Theyve seen both Michelle and Candice. Both ladies were incredibly nice. They gave the girls exactly what they wanted and my girls couldnt have been happier. Again, the cuts lasted. They are easy to maintain and look great even though these gals dont take the time to style their hair!!...aside from the occasional brushing. :) Will you pay more at this salon? Probably yes. But listen people, your hair is your biggest and main accessory. If your hair cut sucks, it throws your whole look off. When you feel good, you look good and vice versa. Great hair cuts are a major factor to looking and feeling good. This is a group of very nice and incredibly talented people. Its worth the drive (we live in Liberty Hill) and its worth the money.

Never go here. This was the most unprofessional circus Ive ever witnessed. And I witnessed FOUR HOURS of it. The "colorist" assigned to my daughter screwed up so badly. She asked for specific color highlights (brown) and even showed the lady a picture. They came out blonde! So they put a toner on it to darken it. It came out a brassy reddish color...awful. This process took four and one half hours. They took so long that she got behind and tried to do too many things at once. She asked one of the other girls to blow-dry and she said, "I DON"T BLOW DRY." Seriously?!!!! Another girl came over to dry and left for 15 minutes to translate for some walk-ins that were going to a wedding later! Meanwhile 2 receptionists and one stylist were in the FRONT huddled together, stylist sitting on the counter and all were eating some food they heated up. How nice. I had been there since 11:30 and was getting kind of hungry myself. But my daughter was being held hostage by incompetency.

Well I wish I could let you know how my cut and style turned out, but I didnt even get that far. I booked my appointment for a cut last night at 8pm for this morning at 10am. Got to appointment only to somehow find out that my stylist was double booked, even though I was the only one on the schedule. The stylist asked if Id be willing to wait 30 mins while she cut the hair of the other client, who was clearly a regular of hers. She seemed bothered by the situation and uninterested in accommodating me, even though I was the one on the schedule. I couldnt wait due to other plans I have to leave town today. So I had to cancel the appointment. I got an apology from the front desk, but no offer to make this right. Not a great way to start off a prospective new customer. Before I moved to Austin, I frequented T&Gs in Dallas and never had such an experience. Shameful.

Ill be honest. I went to T&G for as long as I did because my stylist was there and the minute she left, so did I. Getting your hair cut in the mall has its pros and cons. It sucks to feel like youre on display, but its nice to have the option to go window shop (or *shop* shop) if your stylist is running behind or youre just in the mood to wander after finishing up. All in all, it was a long drive for me and the staff beyond my stylist just wasnt enough to keep me when she left.

For the longest time the number on google was different from their actual number. Not too sure I they ever fixed it. Go to the Toni and Guy website, the number is correct there. Although the location is small, dont be deceived. The people here are experts in what they do. Unfortunately that is reflected by there prices. Recommend getting a cut here, but not worth it for color. Its an extra $20 for a blow out after color.

I had Mari as a stylist. She came across as the caty nice, then left and right jabs and stabs and subtle and not so subtle put downs. She had scissors next to my face, so I kept smiling. The haircut was good, but her better than me personality can kiss off. I would have been a long time client, but not into S&M. Too bad. Not to mention, another stylist joined in on making fun of me too. I will never go back.

First time visit. Went in for a trim. Let the stylist know that I had just grown out the layers in my hair and was glad to have this six month process complete. She then cut deep layers into my hair telling me my hair was too thick. I was very clear with her as to my desired haircut. I would not suggest using this service.

They dont like to do regular people, they only want to work on the rich and famous. Was very unhappy with my cut!! Called them , let them know but why take another chance on something so important as my hair? Never use this place again, Went to Visible Changes and have been going there ever since!!!

I have been seeing Adrianne for color for over a year now and am always super happy with my results! She has a great talent for figuring out what it is that I want even when I cant quite explain it. From highlights to all over color, she can do it all. My hair stays healthy and looks great!

Have to go back to be corrected. It was like she didnt listen at all to what I wanted. Not to mention that I left with a $250 bill and the same amount of grow out I went in with!!! Only one staff member was professional and nice. Not impressed.
