My experience here was absolutely terrible. I wanted long bangs and a V-shape (keeping my length) and this lady cut 3 inches off my length and my bangs were too short and rounded. I literally cried for two hours. This lady doesnt even section off your hair she just starts chopping away. If you have thick hair and you arent Asian stay away from here. Its like they intentionally mess up latinas hair. She also did NOT WET MY HAIR DOWN TO CUT SHE DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT CHOP MY HAIR OFF!!!! SHE SUCKS

Ive went to Mrs. Lee since Ive moved here and shes exceptional at understanding and making sure she meets your needs. Ive never had a hairstylist take such attention to detail and go above and beyond like she has. She is also very polite and fun to talk to!

Went in yesterday for acrylics. They did a bad job. Two of my nails already chipped. It was a total waste of money. Im going to have to remove them today because the chipped acrylic is getting caught on things. Im never going back. Worst manicure in Austin.
