I had been in this particular store once before about 4 months ago and got excellent service. Last week I went in because my brakes had failed and I had to pump them to stop. After they drove the car in (never drove it around the block to see what was happening), I was told that my rotors and pads were good. But my brake fluid was sludge and needed my system flushed ...along with several other things including having my struts and shocks replaced. This totaled $1200. No. Just do the most critical...flush the brake system and also the power steering system. I had a bad vibration when I stepped on my brakes from driving a high speed. I was told it was my shocks and struts. This week, I went to another mechanic to replace my shocks and struts and found that was NOT the cause of the vibration. It was my brakes after all. Plus the wrong fluid was used in my power steering flush. How could a brake place not realize that the brakes were the cause of the problem? Needless, I will not be going back there again.

I received a call earlier from Just Brakes they said theyre gonna refund me $178 for only the radiator part which they charged me $419.32. Me: why im only getting $178 back??? JustBrakes: because its the Golden price Me: Golden Price? What is that? Can you email me how did you arrived in that amount. JustBrakes: We called different shops so I cant email you that. And the Golden Price is $220-250 for the radiator part. Me:(after that I went silent and Im tired of hearing stupid alibis and lies) Me: be sure ill received that refund. Ok. Bye! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 08/08/2015 I ended paying $1,163.34 for shady service and parts. When my only problem is transmission fluid leak. They replaced the entire radiator and charged me so dam high for parts and service. I wont recommend them, Scam shady business practice. Unethical Pricing.

I was told there is another problem and it would cost me extra 700$ I didnt go for that Just told them to put new brake pads on "Slap job" or however they call it. Took them 4 hrs, considering i was first in line now. Ok got it done 120$ On my way home i noticed that my warning lite came on, so my girlfriend had to take it back. They broke a part or something and it took a day to get the part in to fix the problem Well... At least they were honest about their mistake, one star for that. 2 month later and my brakes just fine Now 2013

This place is a scam and a rip off for you money we went to get a brake check and it came back they were ok and the mechanic there told us it was both the front cv axles that the oil was leaking that its was going to all came out to $400 and something..we went to Sears just to be safe and double check and the mechanic there check out and even let us take look and explain to us there was nothing wrong and no oil leaks what so ever we wont recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Horrible. A scam. I went with my daughter to get my brakes checked, I knew it was about time. I assumed Id spend the $99 and be done. They came back and wanted $550. I believed they assumed since I had a 4 yr old with me Id be a pushover. But I am an engineer and I knew they were full of it. I went to Firestone down the street and they quoted me $180 and actually took measurements to compare to the OEM specs. Just Brakes is a joke.

I went just brakes had been grinding for a week I knew there somthing wrong they took me out side an showed what happen gave me my options these guys are great I even called a couple other places while I tried to decided if uneasy going to fix it all or come back and they were the cheapest I will recomend them to anyone that wants there brakes fixed right

I do believe I was overpriced for my brake service. Over $950 to be exact. Less than a month after my car was serviced I was still hearing grinding and squeaking. Although I have returned my car and demanded the problem to be fixed Just Brakes assumed no responsibility, it was always an excuse. Will never go back and will not recommend.;

I had a problem with my brake booster and a ton of stuff went wrong along with it. The people here are AWESOME. I come from a small town with lots of southern hospitality and this is the ONLY place that reminds me of home service. If you need anything done with your vehicle, bring it here. You wont regret it.

no one ever leaves this place with just brake pads. they will always come up with fabricated problems! if you do go get a second opinion from somewhere else. that is your right they cant keep you from leaving to do so even if ur car is already in the garage!

crooks. They billed me $700 for a brake job. Brakes were still making grinding noise shortly after I left the shop. Had to get them fixed again, for much cheaper. Dont bother going here.

They told me it was $99 then total price ended up being $475 plus tax. Like 200 per axle for cheap napa brake pads too. I should of gotten more info before letting them do anything.

Was charged 600 bucks to fix my brakes, they had my car 3 different times, still dont have them fixed, and wont refund my money. #stilldonthavefreakingbrakes.

Place is a scam, plain and simple. Tried them two times and both times we took our car someplace else and it was repaired for 1/3 the price..
