Monday I had my motor mounts and water pump replaced I paid 765.00 what I didnt like is being charged 50.00 for antifreeze. The work was good but thats pricey.I still need to get my lower control arms and bushings replaced, but he quoted me 1200.00 I dont have that. 350 per part, 285 labor, 185 front end alignment. Yall do good work, but my car 10 yrs old and I found the parts as low as 105 at oriellys the highest was 305. Due to this I have to shop around and find just as good mechanics with lower prices. No one quoted me over 575.00. 145 parts 200 labor 85 alignment (discounted) for using his service. Now, I like yall but this have me feeling a little taken advantage of. Im just saying, I get both me and my husband work done here but I dont have 1200 for you this time. Thanks

Scheduled an oil change for 8:30 am three days prior. I get there and they have a 45 minute delay which wasnt a big deal so I waited. Once they pull my car in the garage finally they pull me in and tell me that my dipstick must have been snapped off since the last oil change. I opened my hood about a week be for and it was fine. They expect me to believe that my broken dipstick was snapped off and just resting under the hood all that time. They broke my dipstick and tried to lie about it. Do not go here if you want your vehicle to be serviced properly. I should have got his name because he was a liar. He is the head guy in there today 3/11/2015. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Horrible experience. I called them asking, if they can fix my Carss brake pads and they said yes. Then I said Ill be there in 30 mins and drove 25miles on time but the customer service representative denied to accept my car for service and said that they wont accept any cars on Friday after 4PM. I was bit surprised, they said theyd fix my car when Ive called them on phone but they are not wiling to work on my car now. Then I informed him that Ive called them asking to fix my car 30mins ago. Then they agreed to fix my car, but he was very rude! They gave a expensive quote to fix the Carss breakpads and rotors though I have a groupon for that. Please think twice before visiting this place.

Set an appointment through their website and had absolutely no waiting. I arrived early, and they got right to work on the car. Within 30 minutes they had it completely diagnosed, and even showed in detail what was wrong. My issues (that had been giving me trouble for weeks) were solved in only four short hours. The price was well within my projected range and quite acceptable. Employees were kind, detailed, and courteous throughout the entire process. Edit: Returned a month later for other issues as well, still prompt and amazing service, as well as great followup when I left and the Check Engine light came back on.

These people are the WORSE!!!!! Its hard to get any sort of answer from them, and then if you do get through all their double talk, their prices are about $ 300 more than anyone else.
