They did my friend wrong. They cussed her and made really rude remarks about her vehicle. I WILL NEVER USE FIRESTONE AGAIN. Her car was damaged because they failed to tell her that the tires she asked for were to big. As if she knew. Considering they are in the business of selling tires one would think they would have given her a heads up. They put them on her car anyway. The tires tore up her bumper and damaged her wheel wells. She asked them what they were going to do to fix it and they essentially told her her car a piece of sh@* and she was on her own. Granted there was a chip of paint missing on her hood but she wasnt asking for a new paint job. Her car is old but that doesnt negate their negligence in this matter. The treatment she received makes this infraction even worse.....I am so disgusted. I will never use this company again..... they need some help with there customer relations.

All I can say there Service is terrible !!!!! Went in to get are truck tires balance and fuel filters changes out and oil change . First they said the truck would be done by noon well it wasnt done till 6 that nite . Another thing they try to say the truck had only one fuel filter . My husband had to show them where the other one was . This is not the first time they have done us wrong on stuff . My husband spoke up about how terrible there Service was and my husband made a point not coming back and the guy made a comment like my husband wouldnt hurt there service if he didnt come back . Wrong move and how unprofessional they are . There is one firestone I give wonderful reviews is in a lufkin !!! They have always done us well and very respectful .

Im in the middle of a military relocation and my tire started to flatten. I took it to the Goodyear by my parents. They said crack rim, told me they fixed it and sent me off. Then when I was 10 minutes into the last leg of my journey the check tire light came on again. We were able to change it and happened to be closer to this location. After a very frustrating morning this place was a little sunshine. They sent my tire off to a place they trust with their own children to be evaluated. it was fixed up and came back looking better than the other 3 rims I still have! They kept me informed and made sure I was ok. Fair price, and I am happy with the work so far. Fingers crossed theres no more hiccups.

Dropped my vehicle off at 9am and was told there was a 45 min wait till they could get to it so i left it there. It took them more than 6 hours to get to it and thats even after i showed back up and had to wait in the lobby for another 45 mins just to get it in the bay. This is the biggest waste of time Ive ever experienced.
