I will NEVER be using AAA again! They way one of their drivers treated my family was so upsetting. My husband was taking the exit ramp on I45 to Woodlands pkwy and at the last second this large AAA tow truck begins to come into our lane. He didnt have his blinker on so my husband thought he just wasnt paying attention. He honked at the driver (thinking he didnt see us) but the AAA truck driver continued to come into our lane forcing my husband to slam on his breaks! There is no shoulder just a large cement barrier that we almost hit and we luckily didnt get rear-ended by the car behind us! Our 4 month old BABY was in the car and I cant imagine what would have happened if were hit by this AAA driver!!! It was a terrifying and upsetting experience to say the least! And on top of that the drive began to make gestures to us after forcing his was in front of us! AAA drivers need to think about the safety of others and not just getting somewhere quickly! We will NOT be using AAA EVER AGAIN! And we are encouraging our friends and families to follow suit!

An older blond lady, I think her name was Carolyn, "helped" us. She should probably not be in a job where she has contact with customers. She seemed really angry the whole time she was "helping" us, and was quite rude as well. I hope whatever gave her that attitude gets better, for her sake and the sake of her future customers.
