Where to begin...my car was driven around for personal use by an employee & never repaired. Once the employee was fired, my car disappeared! The ex employee has a record! Shocking how theyve changed their story from "Were so sorry. Were getting your car back here so it can be finally taken care of..." to "Were not responsible." Unfortunately, I have a chronic illness that forces me to pick & choose my battles. Trust me that if this happened to anyone else, they would be plenty more irate & have already pressed charges in such wrong doing. Im turning the entire matter over to a legal team & am forced to press charges. I will update with details of how this situation is handled. The employee (Mike) told me last he was taking care of getting my car returned to their shop where it would finally be assessed. He since avoided all my phone calls & messages for a status update until I called from another phone & finally caught him. He never had my car returned to the shop & changed all his promises. I still need to reach the owner whom likely hasnt any idea of this (before filing charges) but, with all the lies & denies going on there; I doubt theyll stand behind their word. Nothing worse than being taken advantage of when your sick or injured. Big ZERO stars is my rating, but I had to pick one star to post.!

I dropped my car off in the morning to get an oil change and my inspection done. The man at the front counter that helped me was very friendly!! Since I dropped it off early morning they offered to drive me to work which I thought was awesome! The guy that drove me to work was also very nice. Later that morning they called to tell me my car was ready and that they had also washed it - extra awesome!!! Since I was a AAA member I was able to get an extra 10% off - I always love a discount! When I picked up my car they even had a list of suggested services that they recommend to get done in the near future. Over all my experience was great! I will for sure be taking my car back to Byrd!

I recently took my vehicle here to get the 19.99 oil change which they advertise for. After picking up my car looked under the hood just to make sure everything went well. The exact same oil filter was on there as when I took it. I took the vehicle back confronted him about it they tried to argue with me. I asked him what type of oil filter they put on their vehicles, they said Fram white oill filter, so I took them out to my vehicle and show them a black Toyota oil filter. Dont go here.

I will never go to Byrd again. My first experience was alright but when I went a second time they wanted to charge me $5,000 so I took it to another auto shop and they looked at it for free and literally fixed the problem in 20 minutes, free of charge. Byrd does not make people feel very welcome or make anything personal. They are very arrogant and untrustworthy and I will NEVER take my car back to them again.

I have a six year old and a four year old; my car was a mess. I was nervous at first because I thought Javier would run once he saw my car. But he accepted the challenge and wowed me. My car looks amazing!!! I am so pleased!!! These guys are amazing!! Super professional; from booking the appointment to accommodating my schedule and getting the job done! They exceeded my expectations.!!!

Have used Byrd Automotive many times. Have always had a good experience with them. I appreciate the courtesy transportation, and the call letting me know what the repair and cost will be before doing the repair. They have been honest with me each time. They also get me in quickly and repair in a timely manner. I also appreciate they are a local business.

I love this place. Its comfortable, clean, and they provide cookies! I went in to have an inspection, and it took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Everyone was so nice, so Ive decided to return with my husbands car to have a broken mirror repaired. Ill update you, but I feel positive that I will have another primo experience!

I have only used Byrd for a couple of years and am impressed with the quality of the place. Of particular note is the fact that they fixed a flat and a broken tail light bulb for gratis. Yes I have spent a few bucks there, but the fact that they did some minor work gratis, is nice.
