I had a horrible experience after getting my breaks evaluated. The attendant inspected my car and gave me a quote for almost $500 worth of work. When I asked if that was the absolute best price he stated it was. It sounded high to me, so I called my mechanic to see if he worked on breaks. I had made arrangements to get a second opinion and asked the attendant to take the car down. He then gave me a different (cheaper) quote for the work using the basic break products. At this point Im asking myself why I did not receive both quotes at the same time. As he handed me the keys he told me that the breaks should be fixed as soon as possible. I drove the car away from the place and immediately noticed that the car was shaking and making more noise than it was before I brought it in. The car was drivable before and now I barely made it to a near by parking lot before having to shut the car off. I called the shop to discuss my car being in worse shape than when I brought it in and no one answered the phone. I called multiple times and no one answered. I was the only customer in that shop the entire time I was there and he certainly was not busy. The car was not drivable on the highway so I couldnt make it to my mechanic. Thankfully, there was a Break Check near by where I was able to have the car looked at again. The quote I was given for the work was cheaper than even the cheapest quote I was given by the attendant at Just breaks. Just incompetent service and the fact that the attendant did not sufficiently put my car back like it was before and therefore almost put my life in danger made me see red. I will never give this place my money and I hope you dont either.

I was just getting off work at 6pm on yesterday rushing to make it before 7pm because thats when they close. On my way there I called just to make sure they were still servicing cars and Marcus a red headed man with quarter size gauges in his ears told me yes. When I get there around 6:30pm I speak with Marcus and provided him with a $19.99 oil change coupon special then Marcus immediately starts questioning with a rude tone "what kind of oil is in it now." Ive had my oil changed several times before at different places and not once have they asked me what oil I have in it because they would already know by looking up my car make & model. Marcus was not willing to help me or be helpful. This was the rudest service Ive ever had, I wasted my time and gas trying to rush to this Just brakes. Never again!

Total rip off! So i went after work and inquired about the price for an oil change, this blonde guy with ear strechers piercings said he wanted to take a look at my car. I have a Nissan Altima 2006. I was wondering about that, but i went ahead and opened the hood. He took a look at it and said that my car "REQUIRE" Synthetic oil so it was going to be $55.00. I was amazed! He lied straight to my face! Require? No sir, thats a recomendation not a requirement. LIAR! Trying to take advantage of women. I am a US Army veteran, i know a thing or two about auto mechanic, and that was pathetic on his part.

I had priced my brake job in Kingwood. They had to change the two front rotors and all the pads. They wanted $800+ for my old 1998 infinity. I took it to Just Brakes and there were some young folks running the shop. The young guy who fixed the breaks really knew what he was doing. (It is great seeing competent young folks with a positive attitude at their craft). When it was all done I had a $300+ dollar bill instead of a $800+ plus bill.

Just had my brakes done and I was charged more than I was quoted. Also, I assumed that the warranty would be descent, after all, Midas gives a lifetime warranty. These guys give a 4,000 miles or 90 day warranty and it is not even a full warranty then. The actually work may be okay, but, I would definitely check around before I went to these guys.

I went there for a brake job.When i went to pick up my car, they said CV joint broke on test drive. they charged me for CV replacement which happened due to their fault.Moreover, they put on a refurbished CV joint & charged me for a new CV joint. $ 600 after a brake job. these people are a total rip off.ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE..

I had my brakes done here just a year ago and Im having to do it over again after 3 re-visits because they just cant seem to do it right. The first time i had to go back, the break pads were literately falling off on my front left wheel. I will never go back again.

Had a brake job done a few months ago and, my experience was great! Was able to use a online coupon and was offered additional servies but, I was not pressured into purchasing them. Staff was knowledgeable about services and products offered.
