Dont go there, dont be looted, I saw their coupon on Group on •$19 for oil change with up to 5 quarts of oil, tire rotation, and full inspection. when I call them to check whether they will provide all this for $19. then The guy Frank ask me not to buy coupon and come directly will give me same deal. after 2 day when I went their they to 2 hour to services my call, Mechanic was like fresher or he was servicing Honda car first time. He just change the oil and gave me the key and said its done when I ask have you done tire rotation and all inspection? then he ask can you come again for tire rotation and for all inspection he said it will be updated in carfax. for all this he charge me $24.85 without giving any invoice to me. when I said it should be $19 then he said $19+services tax. I could not understand how he has calculated $5.85 service tax for $19. they just cheating people. Also group on should remove their coupon. I would never go back to them.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation when they opened (I think it was 8am). I was there a few minutes before. The shop opened 15 minutes after they were supposed to. Started on the car about 10 minutes later. Then the mechanic took his time, talking to others (asking questions how to do it?), wandering around, so that by 9am, he was only done with an oil change, and did not even start on the tire rotation. I left without the tire rotation, because I needed to be somewhere. This is an oil change, not rocket science. Its supposed to be in-and-out.

I purchased the Groupon coupon for an oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection for $20. I called ahead to check the wait time and got the service done in about 45 minutes. The mechanic was very friendly as was the rest of the staff I came in to contact with. He kept me informed of what he was doing. Also, the waiting area has large windows which allows you to periodically see what is being done. I inquired on another service and the quote was very reasonable. I will return to have the other service performed. Overall I had a great experience.

Got a great deal for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Service was quick and staff was friendly. The parking was a little tight but it wasnt too bad. Will use again!
