UNBELIEVABLE! Theres no other word to describe the results from the laser treatment received at this location. As a woman with PCOS it is an understatement to say I had an abundance of annoying facial hair - it was the worst! I purchased 12 session for full face/neck laser treatments and couldnt be happier and I truly wish I would have come in sooner. Even after the 1st session it was like night and day! The texture of the hair changed dramatically. I am on session 10 of 12 and the hair is, IMO, 95% gone! The hair that is left is much finer and softer. While I did need about twice the number of sessions as someone without PCOS, Solei offers lots of specials to help make it more affordable. After dealing with very noticeable, dark facial hair for years finally having a "normal" face feels amazing! If youre on the fence about the cost, inconvenience, pain, etc ...DO IT! Looking back, its not that expensive,each session is quick and only once a month and there is only slight discomfort in spots where the hair is super thick. Will update with before/after photos later. Again - DO IT! I highly recommend it.

Im so glad to see the changes in myself . I am having PCOS and as a matter of fact , started growing unwanted hair in places. Initially I struggled with the thought as how to deal with it but then saw the Soleimedspa . The place is amazing and each and every single staff is so welcoming .. Pamela is so amiable to me all the time .. Just got my third laser done and trust me , it is creating wonders .. I dont need to worry about my unwanted hairs and now they grow softer and thinner . It feels amazing to learn how confident and happy I am .. The machine works wonder .. Every single penny is worth investing .. I will recommend this place to everyone .

Well you probably will have a great experience here if you are Caucasian. Since they have no use for African Americans for laser treatments. So dont bother asking them. They will just give you hundreds of excuses of why they may not be able to help you. I was told she would ask someone and I should call back. If thats not a we dont service your kind I dont know what is? The more simple way around offending someone is to simply state on the services that it isnt suited for darker skin. However they chose the offensive route and they accomplished there goal. Im beyond offended.

Solei Medspa is Amazing! I am certainly getting my upper lip lasered, and I love it. Ive had my bikini done a couple years ago at a different place, where they used two older lasers and I it was almost Unbearable. I was kind of nervous to get my upper lip done because I was scared of the pain, but I had heard that this place had the newest laser system there so I gave it a shot and I feel absolutely no pain during my sessions! I recommend this place to my girlfriends, and would love to have my underarms done next!

Great service, I went for laser hair removal consultation and the technician explained to me in detail about the service and how it works. i did my first session and it was pain free i couldnt believe it how easy it was. after one session I notice my hair is already not growing as much i will continue all my 6 sessions and probably i will start doing more areas. I would recommend Solei since they have the newest laser technology.

At first I was A bit skeptical about whether or not the laser hair removal really worked but to my surprise it was completely pain-free (this salons laser is one of the best available on the market right now) and the results are incredible. What a life changer!!! My bikini area is always ready for my favorite place - The beach!! :) Highly recommend. Worth every cent.
