If there was a zero rating, Id give it. I purchased a groupon for 4 sessions. First off, after trying a millions times to call them to make an appointment, I coudnt get through. I had to make appointments by going to the office personally. The first session was ok, the staff was friendly enough. I had to miss the second appointment, they not only cancelled th appointment which is resonable but they debited $25 from my credit card. I was furious but decided to give the place another chance. I couldn t make it to the third appointment and called half an hour before the appointment to let them know and same thing happened. Cancelled the appointment, debited $25 dollars. I was so furious I just cancelled my fourth appointment right then because the person on phone was not willing to work with me at all. Worst experience ever! Be ready to be treated like indisposable clientelle, because they obviously dont care for customer experience.

I love my Spa time at Skin Body Soul! I have a monthly membership that allows me to keep my skin looking great. Ive had a few new treatments that I highly recommend, IPL facial and Sculpsure. The IPL facial lightens dark spots from sun damage and also has improved the texture of the skin on my face, neck and décolleté. Sculpture is my new favorite, a noninvasive way to reduce inches and tighten loose skin. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional as well as welcoming, explaining options of treatments that best suits my individual needs. If youre looking for more of a treatment spa, then this is the place to go!

AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS. It may seem tempting cause it’s a good deal like all “good deals” on groupon, but it’s not. I came here for laser hair removal and it was the worst! The laser they use is an Alma laser…but the oldest model, no wonder it doesn’t work. On top of that, you can tell this is a new studio because they only have one laser machine so it makes it difficult to book appointments. If you really want to get laser I would recommend Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, they have the exact same prices and use a better laser or Ultimate Image MedSpa, they always have specials running.

I absolutely love this place! Words will never describe my true feelings for Skin Body Soul. My first visit I bought the Black membership because I loved the girls! They are so great. Going in the first time I didnt know how good of a value it would be...I wondered if they would want to fit me in for all of the unlimited services, and they were so amazing about scheduling your next services before I left. The girls thoroughly educate you on the services you are receiving. I live in McKinney and happily make the drive to Dallas 2-3 times a week. I am recommending this place to everyone I know!

This place is as BEAUTIFUL as the people in it! Finally a place where they dont nickel and dime you. You get these cool memberships where you can go Unlimited...Yes UNLIMITED. I have been extremely impressed from a laser sales side (my background), this has got to be the best med spa in all of Dallas. I hope they open more locations soon. They only have the one Walnut Hill @ 75N. Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, PCA Peels & more, all the skin care you would really need on a maintenance base. They have a bunch of Body treatments as well. Highly recommend.

Ive had an amazing experience with Skin Body Soul Spa! I purchased a mommy makeover package when they were having the deal. The price was to good to pass up! It came with 2 sculptsure treatments, 2 microneedle treatments, and 4 infrared sauna sessions. Ive done the 2 sculptsure sessions and have seen an amazing difference! I would highly recommend this Spa for anyone looking for this specific treatment.

This place is awesome. I am receiving Lipo Laser and cellulite treatments from them, and I have lost so many inches and fat bulges. I was skeptical at first, but its really working. The staff is excellent and they are so knowledgable and friendly. I am going to look great this summer for the first time in 10 years.

Great experience, I bought a Groupon to get a microdermabrasion, after I got done with my visit; I was offered a membership which I did get and loved it .... I look forward to every visit to see the results after every treatment ..... everyone is very nice and professional; I defenately recommend this place.

This place is a rip-off, total scam. Save your money and dont bother. Staff will try to sell you anything too in order to get their commissions. I dont recommend, my experience was negative. And Brandon Robinson is the owner, so you can ignore that review. What a loser!
