I was impressed with the facial, and satisfied with my pedicure but when it came to the solar set I definitely did not get it what I asked for. I wanted nails that were rounded on the end, but I was instead told that I liked the oval shape, and that old ladies wear rounded nails. My oval tips are not the same shape or the same length, and they arent what I was going for and they dont look good. I also was charged 5 dollars to have my cuticles cut, a service that is provided at most nail salons. In addition, I asked for my cuticles to be cut before the nail was laid so that the nail would extend to cover the nail bed. My lady (sorry I dont remember her name) cut them after, and made my thumb bleed, and then allowed the blood to seep under my nail. No apologies included. Her unprofessionalism extended all the way to adding the gel coat on my nails when she pressed her finger on the not dry gel making it dull. When I pointed this out she proceeded to again tell me I just didnt understand and that it only needed a spritz of alcohol. I also really didnt like that this lady was wearing a completely see through unattractive shirt and her bra was clearly visible. She did not have a good attitide while doing my nails and was cold to my friendly chatter. I had a solar set for almost 2 years so perhaps I was too picky, but I definitely didnt receive a good quality ($50?!) set from this place.

I absolutely HATE this place. First thing I had done was my eyebrows and she plucked my SKIN not my hair!! So my eyebrows are very swollen now! Then, she was to do my nails which had previously been dipped in powder and I ended up with NO nails and they are all brittle and very thin! It was so bad that she had to cut them down!! She argued with me as to what I had previously had done, which she insisted that it was acrylic and it was NOT it was dipping powder, she soaked them in acetone for very long time, which did not help the problem then she filed them down with her instrument and she did it all the way to the natural nail which is why my nails are supper thin now and breaking off!! She could not even do a decent massage!! $35.00 for a very crappy job!! NEVER going there again!! She tried to argue with me and tell me she was telling me the “truth” about how things should be done. Obviously she has no clue because she screwed up my nails so bad that I did not waste my time with her doing any color!! She knew I was upset and should’ve at least tried to offer me a discount or something! Obviously she did NOT care at all!!

My daughter is celebrating her birthday today and wanted to take her friends to get their mails done. She called and was informed that if they arrive by 8 pm they will provide service. We walked in at 804 pm and we were told that we are late. The guy said you are late and we cant work past 9 pm. I even offered that the girls will wait, but he said that they are not hurting for business and do not want any customers. I even told him that my daughter is celebrating her birthday, but he kept his straight face and just told us to leave........

Writing this review on be have of my fiancé: She hated this place, she went in to get the new Next Gen(powdered gel nails) was told on the phone that they could take her in right away if she got there in the next couple minutes. Well she had to wait 20min even though we got there 2 minutes after hanging up. To top it off they charged her a completely different price from what they said over the phone. Just dont go here, spend the extra money somewhere else.

I was surprised to see less than 4 stars on their review as I have always had a positive experience here. I typically get a gel or nexgen manicure and a pedicure, they are very quick working the manicure while you get your pedicure and I am almost always out within an hour. They do a good job (not sloppy), the employees are friendly & professional and its a cute atmosphere. Oh, and they serve you complementary wine upon request which makes me happy! :)

It was okay, but I dont think I will be coming back. Pedicure was pretty good, although he focused more on my shins than feet. The manicure was the problem. He was using lotion and squeezed oranges on my arms...it ran down on to my pants and made it look like I peed on myself! Plus he didnt file my nails down well nor clean under them. I had to ask someone else to do it. Disappointed.

Ive been going to Zen for years now and I love the peace and serenity I feel here. No yelling and loud music. Just nice peaceful enviornment! A must after a long week at work. Christian does incredible work on my nails, the best Ive seen in 30 years. Beauifully shapped and perfect look for my nailbed, he knows what looks best. LOVE this place!

Eyebrow waxing. Horrid!! She didnt even the length with scissors, tweeze what wax didnt sculpt or anything. She applied 5 was strips (under-2 upper-2 and middle) and said 10 dollars. I now have to go home and do something I already paid her to do for me. This establishment, you get the vibe that they are wanting quantity($), not quality.

My first visit here was wonderful! With the personal touch of massages along with a mani/pedi, I am a happy girl. Be sure to get The Zen special. The alovera was perfect to help relax and enjoy a break. If you are looking for time alone or taking clients, this is the place to be.

Do not go here. They rush and mess up your nails! I will never come to this place again, both my pinky nails are different sizes... they had to re-do my toes because the polish was messed up. My full set is messed up as well, the polish. Do NOT go here even if it is cheap.

Eyebrow wax The next morning and my eyes are still red. No idea what she put on my eyes after the wax. I thought it was just aloe. My skin had a nasty reaction whatever it was she used. DO NOT GET AN EYEBROW WAX at this place.

It is too the customer treatment went down the hill. Was refused service 30 mins prior to close for a simple pedi in not friendly way and not once. Being busy definitely will never come back. Sad, it used to be a nice place.

My wife loves this place. Her and her best friends have been going here almost every other weekend for the last month and a half. Great prices and service is great too from what I have experienced.

I was a walk in appointment and they got me in for a shellac manicure within 30 min. They did a good job and had a huge color selection.
