I have been going to title for a couple of years now. I have been to a few different clubs and the workouts are consistently awesome. However, this particular location is in bad shape compared to many of the other clubs Ive been to. And for "boutique fitness" prices, I find that hard to take. There are problems with the air conditioning at times and there has been an inoperable fan sitting in the same spot for at least a year. The shower situation is not ideal, but most people dont shower there and its still very functional. Most of the instructors are great and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Generally speaking my experience has been good, but it would be great if they could get their facilities in order.

Killer workout!! The instructors are great and really push you. Incorporates boxing or kickboxing for 8 3 minute rounds with 1 minute active recovery (like burpees, pushups, etc), a tough 15 minute warm up and 15 minute core work at the end. Great music too! Also has a nice weight/cardio addition!

Felt like I worked my entire body but especially my core. Drenched in sweat by the end. Loved the class! Felt like I was pushed to the maximum. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Great music and environment. Signed up for a month pass after the workout because I was so impressed!!

2011 golden glove champion in the 75 lbs division as a 9 yr. old. I havent been in any gym ever since, i want to jump back in and continue that legacy. Unsure of where to go but just want to learn a little more information on this gym before deciding where to start from.

Good workout and a few really good instructors. Difficult to cancel, though - I jumped through a few hoops over the last couple of months and thought I was good but just got another charge on my credit card.

That last class was Horrible. Total waste of time ! Why hire inexperienced Thugs to work for a company as good as this . Do better, please !
