Terrible experience as a member. Signed up for a reduced membership rate based on commitment of 1 year. After about 4 months, I realized I was not deriving enough value from the monthly membership to justify the cost. I requested to terminate my membership, and was promptly reminded at that time there was a $1,000 cancellation penalty for cancelling before the commitment was up. While it was frustrating to essentially throw 1 thousand dollars down the drain, the worst part was dealing with their "account department." Upon requesting the cancellation, they immediately reminded me of the 1K penalty. They literally called the day after my cancellation was processed to ask about payment status. Normally, you should have 30 days to pay any bills once released. I told the accountant I would think about how to proceed with the payment, and he promptly asked if I could call him back the following week to make arrangements. Again, keep in mind it has been ONE DAY since I cancelled. How desperate are they for money that they are calling berating people after 1 day? I got busy the following week since it was Christmas and did not call him back, but again, had every intent to make payment within 30 days of the invoice. I received another phone call that week asking about making payment arrangements. After not answering that call, I received a voicemail threatening that if I "ignored" their calls and emails, they would turn me into corporate to file a lawsuit against me! This entire thing was over a balance that was less than 14 days old at the time! I was shocked that a country club would have such terrible customer service practices. All their emails and calls did was make me angry and frustrated. It did not make me want to work with them, because it seemed they were immediately assuming I planned to try and skip out on the charge and went straight to making accusations for no reason. There was ZERO focus on the fact Id paid 4 months of dues on time that I essentially got nothing for. No desire to keep me happy as a customer or sympathy for my situation. It was all about collecting that final balance and making threats to do it. I ended up paying them the day they threatened to file a lawsuit just to completely get rid of them. I would caution anyone considering membership at a CC to please avoid ClubCorp! They have zero focus on customer service or keeping you happy. I am shocked they would employ such trashy tactics over a payment that isnt even late! Also, if you do decide to join, make sure you make copies of your contracts and read any fine print, because they will threaten you until they get every dime they can from that contract. Very dissatisfied.

I got married there in 1999, Ron and I have over a Million Dollars , At Canyon Creek... I Keith just Visited this weekend, from Phoenix, Az, The Mansion is Fantastic, its been 10 yrs since.. I cant wait to Come Back Thank you for a lifetime memory.. The 4 days we sat at the Bar , We ate / ,Drank Right thats what we do, OMG. I was very impressed ,,that bar tenter,.... Girl Blond hair,I think it was Corntney?.She made my Vacation , A Vacation that I will Remember, until I come back in November.. Ron/Ali/Keith.Want to Say Thank you!!!!?

Nice course, the people are bastards for the most part but who cares they are doing what people do that are under paid and over worked. If places like this would pay there staff properly it would increase there profits they would maintain a higher group of customers , its not like they are hurting. Do yourselves a favor and take care of your people and I promise they will take care of your customers.

NIce indoor tennis courts. Lots of outdoor courts and lots of junior programs. For their junior red and orange ball programs (held indoors), parents are not allowed to watch their kids during the group lessons. The head tennis pro (Sally) does not allow parents to watch their kids at these lessons. Something not right here.

Notice that asafin doesnt give any specifics... Ive always enjoyed the environment and found the staff and patrons very friendly. Great place to bring your family. Good golf course too!

One of those hidden gems! The food is fantastic since the remodel. Golf course is always in great shape. Multiple pools. Incredible tennis facilities. Club Corp property. What a bargain!

For a Club Corp property the facilities were more than adequate. Breakfast was fantastic. The golf course was in good shape. Play was right around 4 hours, not more than for a foursome.

Recon Investments

While it may not be on par with some of the newer courses in the metroplex, I have found it to be more inviting to the beginner. And have youth programs available

Theres a great place for the kids to play in the tennis courts and the golf course and a great place for the parents too
