I have recently had a massage at pranaa and I must confess that this was by far the best relaxing massage I have had. I have been to several massages before in UK, Costa rica and India and I can confidently say this outbeats all of them by miles. Ambience is wonderful and the moment you step in right from the receptionist to the therapist you are taken care of well and they make you feel comfortable. Very unprofessional and not the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for...I spent the entire hour listening to the workers wash dishes next door and been rubbed on by a unprofessional therapist with no technique. I went for some birthday pampering and left disappointed in the service and establishment! When I shared my feedback the front desk worker was very unapologetic - poor customer service!!!

The Indian Head Massages from Brandie are heavenly. I wasnt sure what to expect, since Ive never had a head massage before, but it was incredible. I was on a different level of relaxation, which felt different from a regular full body massage. Immediately during and after the massage, I felt the TMJ tension in my jaw ease up, I didnt have a recurring migraine, and I slept SO GOOD.

I received a $350 gift certify for what was to be a relaxing morning. After receiving the worst massage by a woman that couldnt have been licensed, I told her to quit. I still have quite a bit left on my gift card but doubt it will be used.
