A lot of fake reviews (look at the other reviews the posters on here have). I normally dont review anything but DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The owner/manager is looking to scam you. Charged me for a diagnostic and alignment. He couldnt produce documentation of the diagnosis and couldnt give me the "before and after" print out for the measurements on the wheel alignment. He wanted to replace the intake and "maybe" the catalytic converter to try to solve an issue with an O2 sensor. Stepped out of my comfort zone going somewhere I dont usually go and it screwed me. Dont let it happen to you. This guy will do everything in his power to steal as much money from you if he thinks he can. EDIT: Owner called me the following Monday due to the review. Offered a full service on my car which I do no trust him to do. I cannot recommend this business.

THE OWNER OF THIS SHOP HAS TO BE THE BIGGEST THIEF I EVER MET, I took him my camaro to get the ac worked on he had quoted me $400 to change my ac compressor because it had locked on me, so when i went to pick up my car he said he had changed my compressor and put a new one then he told me he had to change my condensor to cuz it was bad and some O rings as well with out my permission and he told me it was gonna be over $800 dollars in labor plus the parts so i paid him cuz i needed my car when i get home i checked under my hood to see what had had done, he took off my ac compressor and put a by pass belt on it and took my condensor off and put some screws at the end of the ac lines. if u ever have problems with ur car i suggest u dont take it here cuz u will end up broke or ur car will come out worst than it was!!!!!

I needed a pre-purchase review of the vehicle I was thinking of buying. I truly lucked out when I found STEVE(owner). He did a thorough inspection; identified items I needed to be aware of and in addition let me know which were serious or minor. Exactly what I needed - someone who was looking out for my best interests. Following the purchase I had quite a lot of work done and found STEVE to be not only honest and fair, but that he goes above and beyond what any customer night expect. The customer is his first priority! He gave me the options and identified costs upfront for each item of maintenance. I was coming from HORIZON CITY to pick up the vehicle after the work was completed, and he had someone pick me up . I will go back for any big maintenance job on my 4Runner.

My parents recently took their vehicle to this establishment and were literally ripped-off. First, they were told that they would have their car in less than one week. It took over three and a half weeks to have their car returned! Second, no updates on the status of the repair were provided to them while the car was in their care. Instead, my elderly father had to be calling to find out when the repairs would be complete. My parents were quoted $1600 for a simple head gasket replacement! When the time finally arrived to pick-up their vehicle, they were told the total cost was now $1854. When my parents gave them $1900 they were told the cost was actually $1900 and turned away! Their car is in worse condition than when it went in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Would not recommend this place to anybody. The manager or owner is of middle eastern descent, normal size, and dark hair and is a liar. I mention that so if you go you can recognize him. Anyways, I found out later that they did not do the job right. Went to another mechanic and they showed me where my oil was leaking since they didnt insert the oil pan correctly. He overcharged me and kept wanting to increase the price. He got away with it because he knew I needed the service quickly to get on the road. I wish nobody to go through this bad experience. I hope he realizes scamming people drives away business and trust.

Service: Their service was amazing. Never did they forget that I was a person instead of just another customer. On top of that they squeezed me in their schedule when they didnt have to. Rates:The rates were good to begin with, but I was short on cash and they helped me out a little bit. Im not really adept in car part prices and the like, but they showed me what was broken, and what they were charging for. Speed: They fixed my car right up, and far faster than I couldve hoped for. Overall I have to say that if I ever lived in El Paso, or was just passing through Id go to them before anyone else, bar none.

EXPENSIVE, donrlt listen to these fake reviews. The guy might seem very nice but he will almost feel sorry when he sabotages your car. He lies and doesnt even fix anything. Total rip off. A simple oil change can end up costing you over 1000. This place is a joke. What did you do to my lug nut thief? Oh some are stripped as well. THIEF. LIAR. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACE. there isnt even any parking and the nissan that is fpr sale outside proba ly has alot of problems. I also told him not to mess with anything other that yhe check engine light and he did exactly the opposite. And messed my luggnuts and lost one.

Very good experience. Automobiles can be tricky. Sometimes, what seems like one problem, turns out to be many. Other times, the opposite can be true, where many issues all stem from one root cause, as was the case with my vehicle. After a courtesy diagnostic that I was not present for, they called me and honestly discussed my repair options, which turned out to be refreshingly simple. I was hesitant to go here after seeing the bad reviews, but now Im very glad I did. Its been a load off my mind ever since, and I would send my friends here in a heartbeat.

A few weeks ago, I went to advance auto service because there was a squeaking noise when driving my car. I didn’t know if it was the brake pads or the fan belt. What made my visit so amazing is that they fixed the squeaking noise for free. They told me the issue is not with the brake pads, but it is due to friction from rust from some rotor. They said my brake pads are still good. I wasnt charged anything and, when driving afterwards, I noticed the squeaking noise in my car is gone and that the driving performance of my car has improved.

Took my vehicle in for issues w/rack and pinion steering. Turns out I also had problems w/rear brakes which was noticed by shop. Also had a 140K service done. Quick turnaround and the price was extremely reasonable. I could not have had all the work I had done at a dealership for that price point. You can also tell the owner likes cars and likes their owners. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me. My car has not run this good in a while. Absolutely recommend!
