Its a hit or miss here as far as customer service and pricing. Most of the time its a flat out it is what it is, some times a nice dude will work with you and bring down a little. Wait times are.long if you go on weekends, even then sometimes during an work day when you think its dead your waiting over an hour plus for a simple oil change. Then they tey and sell you on every part on your vehicle that needs replacing (exaggerating a bit). Pretty much look some where else for tires n service. I recommend quality tire on Alameda. Paid less than half the price for my truck tires. Brand new with warranty. Pretty much the same warranty martin has. Good luck

Montwood Dr. Martin Tire>>>> Plastic trim to my new rims started melting within two weeks of purchase. More than a month later, still having problems with two managers replacing part. >>Aug 1, 2012: After replacement parts, plastic decorative parts kept melting. Found out that this would happen when passing my truck through the carwash. The lousy wheels in question are the "Starr" brand alloy wheels. Martin Tire should stop selling this type of brand wheel or live up to their exptations. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE!!!

These guys are expensive and they take forever. On the day I purchased 4 tires from them I was the only customer in the store and it took them 3 hours to change all 4 tires. If you want to use these guys bring a book.
