Absolutely The worst service ever!! The new owners dont seem to have it together at all! I would recommend not using this glass company it has taken them over two months to put in eight windows at my house. I have had numerous encounters with the owner and he has lied straight to my face about the progress on my windows. He has tried to come up with every excuse of why theyre not finished trying to blame somebody else, his actions are completely unprofessional. And the worst part is the company is literally four blocks from my house! I cant even describe how unprofessional the service is!! As of today 7-29-16 my windows still are not finished, the owner was scheduled to arrive at 9-9:30 this morning and did not show up until noon, during that time I called and spoke to the office manager who was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least! Once the owner showed up to "finish" the Windows it was brought to my attention that he did not have the correct parts and had to return with new parts.... (another excuse) needless to say he will not be back!! He was upset that I wrote a review against his business and called me unruly!( again very unprofessional) It saddens me because I know the previous owner would be devistated to know this business is not what he spent his life building! I can only hope they get it together for future customers but I will not be sending any business their way!

Placed an order for 2 pieces of cut glass. Was told it would be done by the end of the week. When that didnt happen, I called the following week, at which point they told me the "next week no later than Wednesday." It is now Wednesday, 3 weeks out from the original order, and I was told that it wouldnt be done today and they had no ETA on when it would be done. I guess if you like getting your hopes up and crushed and also your patience tested, this is the company for you!

Sounds like they went to the same business/customer service school as T&T Flooring..... Sad when businesses in such a small community cant be trusted. Writing a response to a review as nasty as that just shows the unprofessionalism that Brittany spoke of... I suggest to Brittany to also file a complaint with the BBB!! I could not post without giving a 1star rating?????

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in Leadville. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They had my screens which were done incorrectly for over 1 year before I got them back and charged ridiculous amounts of money for them. Then the owner was extremely unprofessional about handling the situation.

Incredibly unreliable! How they are still in business boggles my mind. I have tried for months to get them to come out to my house. They say they are coming and then nothing. What a joke.

Have always been very helpful and have even come in after hrs to cut glass for us when we had a window break.
