These guys are a joke, Im here working out of town, and stopped by to get an oil change done, I wandered the "tire and lube" section for 15 minutes waiting for an employee to help me, then after I told them what I needed I stood here and watched for 10 minutes as what looked like the lead mechanic and another mechanic, laughing and recording a much heavier mechanic trying to get into my truck (my truck is lifted and not very easy to get in) after their 10 minutes of laughter they decided to pull it in the shop, and proceed to watch their new funny video before tending to my vehicle. Very unprofessional, wouldnt recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here expecting a professional experience.

This walmarts tire and lube group have been excellent for us since December of 2015. We have had a tremendous amount of work done here - tires, wheels, rotations, balances, headlights. They have even done work for us on a few things (putting a light in) with no charge. Im not sure why all the negative reviews. But, in the last year and a half, we have found this walmart to be fantastic. We even had 2-3 good recommendations for shops that could do work they could not do from the individual workers who know the Lake Dallas / Corinth / Denton area. Great job guys!

Called automotive over and over early this morning but main operator said they opened at 7 am so I drove up. Waited in the little lane and no one came out..another car drives up and lady gets out and by now guy on his phone comes out moving like a turtle. Another customer pulls up and goes inside..turtle is still on customer who came after me...went to a real auto shop. Done.

I had a problem with the filter that they used and realized they over charged me by $11. Once I figured it out I went to the assistant manager Jose to get the problem rectified but he blamed me (the customer) and refused to refund the money. I guess you get what you would expect from a Walmart.
