I have previously gone to Americas for four years with several family cars for various reasons with really good rapport with the owner and his wife. After todays horrible service I will not be returning. I asked questions all pertaining to the radiator pressure check and a very rude man by the name of Jack kept repeating himself and getting defensive as if we were asking for extra services (which we were not!). We had an idea as to what the problem could be and he got even more defensive (though we ended up being right.). He then over charged us for the services rendered as if he was checking for things other then why the car was running so hot. To top it off he didnt even spend the minute it took to secure the splash pan when finished. They can keep my extra $80ish dollars as a severance package. They are definitely not worth the headache!

Completely ruined my car,,,broke plastic housing away from under the hood fuse and relay panel to check wires rather then removing the screws like you should,,,didnt even put my car back together,,i had to have it towed out of there,,i was looking around ,,i saw NO ASE certifications any where,,,this is the true shade tree mechanic..mass air flow was disconnected,,, feul injectors un hooked,,,any real mechanic would know its a ODB 2 system and run a scanner on it to determine electrical issues,,,i have file a small claims case and with the amount of pictures i have ,,they will pay for the repair

Called to get an estimate on some maintenance I needed done. I was told I would get a call back. After two days I hadnt heard anything, so I called back. I was put on hold for over ten minutes, so I hung up. I called back a third time 3 days later and talked to a different individual than the first two times, let the individual know what I needed done again, and still didnt receive a call back...

Brought my 97 Suburban here to get new tires put on it. When I got there I told them that I needed 4 tires for my car and they found me the best tires and best price for them. It only took them an hour to put them on. They were very professional and friendly. I plan on going here for all my cars needs. The best in Grand Parie and Arlington.

Only giving 2 stars because the guy that I talked to didnt even step outside to look at my car/tires to see what size my tires were before he told me they "probably" dont have it because they usually only carry truck tires. He was nice enough to tell me where the nearest discount tire was so thats the only reason for the 2 stars.
