Hit and run Harry is what I call them. They advertise being at an address that is actually a Public Storage Facility and I called Public Storage to see if I could get their contact info on site and Public Storage said that no one does or can run a business at a Public Storage Facility and that they did not know DFW Mobile Auto Repair in the first place. Now I have no idea where their business is or if they actually have one other than a driveway at home? The guy came out, did some work, didnt leave a receipt, was supposed to send me one, never got anything except excuses and Ill get with you soon. He actually may be a mechanic part time since he was dressed in hospital smocks and said he taught phlebotomy (the taking of blood samples). So Im not certain if they are a real company or just a Hit and Run Harry as I noted above. The guy that came out identified himself as Jason and seemed like a trustworthy guy. I just dont know what happened when it came time to provide a receipt. Really suspicious to not be given a receipt and never get one later as the guy said hed do. I have numerous texts stating he was sorry and that hed get me a receipt soon but never did. Really suspicious. I just wanted a receipt for work Jason performed so I can get reimbursed by Exxon/Mobil and Sunoco for contaminated gas which caused me to call for a mechanic in the first place. He, Jason, was unable to make repairs so I had to take it to a brick and mortar shop. Walts Automotive in Richland Hills, a truly excellent shop is where I ended up. Give Walt a try next time you need anything for your car and tell him Stephen Haley referred you. He is the one that corrected the contaminated fuel in my Buick for me. But stay away from DFW. If they cant provide a receipt, then there is really something suspicious about their business practices.

These guys are awesome! Our car stopped working out of the blue a few weeks ago and we couldnt figure out the problem. We had to have it towed into a shop a few days before Christmas and they told us that our entire fuse box needed to be replaced and that it would cost $1100. We couldnt afford that so the tech somehow got the car running and it worked for about a week. Then the car stopped working again. A friend referred these guys and they came to us within an hour of calling them. They even called us before they got to our apartment telling us that they were on their way. Mike told us that we just had a bad relay and that once we replaced it the car would run just fine. Well, we paid $15 dollars for that relay and now the car works just fine! Beats paying $1100 dollars to replace the entire fuse box that didnt need to be replaced in the first place. Were so fortunate to have found someone honest that was more concerned about helping us get our car started than making money like the other guys at the shop! Thank you so much guys! We will definitely call you again if we ever need help again and we will also spread the word to others that you guys are awesome!

Our daughter came in town for a visit over the weekend. When she went to leave, her car would not start. When we realized it wasnt the battery, we called DFW Mobile Auto Repair suspecting it was the starter. Within a couple of hours of our initial contact, they arrived with part in hand and about an hour and a half later she was on her way home. As far as price, we were charged about $50 more than the quote given us by the parts store for the starter. There is a service fee and then labor. Between the part, service fee and labor, $514 put her back on the road. Although $514 sounds high, by the time we wouldve paid for a tow truck to have her car towed to a mechanic, parts and labor to repair, and the fact that it was Sunday and she wouldve had to miss a day (or two) of work to get it to a mechanic shop, we probably broke even. In a pinch, I would definitely recommend DFW Mobile Auto Repair.

Needed shocks and struts put on my old Toyota Tacoma. I had bought the parts, but never got around to putting them on. Talked to Mike and they came out, put the parts on that I had purchased and also suggested an additional part that I should get for the job. They picked up the extra parts for me, arrived and finished early and the truck drives like a dream. Very pleased with the customer service, quality of workmanship, and professionalism. I can highly recommend DFW Mobile Auto Repair. I will be using them again in the future and will also be recommending them to friends. Great folks!

These guys showed up when my truck broke down quickly and changed my pulleys and belts they were very reasonable I dont know what the other person is talking about they were very reasonable at $220. I though I had just thrown a belt they pointed out my pulleys were damaged and replaced them so it saved me a pain later on and money!! Id call them again if I ever needed work again. Plus i didnt have to worry about calling a tow truck since they started at over $150 just to show up

the temp was 103 and I had to drive home in 5 oclock traffic. Around 7 I needed to run an errand and 2 blocks from home the check engine light comes on. I remembered I had save the mobile repair number and called them as soon as I got home. They came first thing and gave me an estimate and went to get the part and fixed it right in from of my home. They were polite and courteous and I didnt have to miss work. I recommend to everyone for fast and fantastic work. Brenda

Moved to Texas last year in February and was fortunate to find this place listed online. I called them up explained that I was needing a tune up and was surprised to hear that they charged less than many of the top mechanics around town and on top of that they came to me. Id say it took about a half an hour to an hour for the tune up on my 04 f150. I was quoted the exact amount I was charged over the phone nothing extra. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I will recommend this Auto repair company!! Very professional and attentive mechanic, Fixed my 2010 Dodge Ram 3500. In a a very short time had the diagnostic ready and my truck was working as good as new. They come to your house and the price is very reasonable, he came out on a sunday and I am just glad that this company is working with such professionalism and promptness.

My family and I were in for the Cotton Bowl from Kansas and we got stuck at a restaurant. These mechanics came out, after hours, and worked on my car while my family and I finished our meal. Before I knew it, we were not only back on the road, but ready for the big game. They did great work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Dallas-Ft.Worth area.
