The most amazing mechanic Ive ever been to, hands down. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile, which is virtually unheard of in most mechanics nowadays. I especially like that they did not simply give me a bill, but instead went over each item with me, how much it would cost, and if/why it was necessary. Everyone was sincerely friendly and nice and didnt treat me like "just another customer." Beyond doing a perfect job fixing the problems I was having, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had even washed my car when I got it back (it was rather dirty and I had been meaning to find time, but they found it for me!). They even offered to come get me when I was having trouble finding a ride to take me to pick my car up. Its so very hard to find a mechanic who is fair, who genuinely cares about you and your car, and who does a great job, and Parra Car Care does all of these and more. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends!

Excellent staff & service, honest & professional. I brought my truck in due to rough shifting between 1st-2nd gears. Not being an experienced motorhead, I assumed the transmission fluid needed to be replaced or something in the transmission was bad. They performed a thorough evaluation of my truck, and reset some of the computer settings that impact the shifting patterns. They indicated the transmission fluid still looked good, and did not need to be replaced at this time. This likely saved me at least a few hundred dollars by not performing unnecessary work. Due to the honesty & integrity of their operations, they have earned my business for as long as I am in this area. Thank you Ryan & Parra Car Care Team for your excellent service.

We had bad service at another auto repair shop on a Sunday when we noticed our box truck was over heating. We reached out to Bob Parra that night and he said to bring it in, he would make it top priority on Monday morning. He and his mechanics kept in touch with all the updates and how to resolve our issue and went above and beyond to get us up and running. We are completely satisfied with Parra and they will be our only car repair place from now on. We definitely recommend Parra Car Care and we are confident in all their recommendations for all auto needs in the future. Parra Car Care is the best place for service repairs. Everyone is so friendly in there, and I am so pleased with the services. Randy recently worked on my Saturn, and he was so nice to me. I did not feel pressured at all, and did not make me feel uncomfortable. I been to a lot of auto shops, and they have treated me like I don’t know anything about cars ( I don’t really, but I know the basics ) . I didn’t really realize that my car needed a lot of work on, but I am glad that I took it to Parra Car Care because they fixed the problem. I give Parra Care Care 10 stars.

Bob Parra and his staff are excellent and do a good job of communicating. Parra Car Care opened a new location off Davis in North Richland Hills recently and did an outstanding job for my mothers 2000 Infiniti. Her repair was extensive and Bob was more than fair with the final cost. They drove my mom home and picked her up when the repair was finished. My family has used Parra for many years. This most recent experience reinforces why we will continue to do so and you should too !

We were 30 days into a cross country trip when our van started having issues and we had to stay in the dallas/fort Worth area unexpectedly. We found Parra car care on Google and saw they had good reviews. Randy was very helpful, and friendly and what we expected to be a big problem was a quick and cheap fix. Choosing a good reliable auto shop is a difficult task especially if your in an unfamiliar place. I highly recommend Parra Car Care.

These guys are great! Took my 2011 Ford Explorer to the Euless shop with a water leak. They diagnosed that it was a water pump which turns out to be very expensive to replace on this model of Explorer. Not to fear, they determined that the repair was covered under my Ford warranty and were able to do the repair and bill my warranty. Took me from a very expensive repair to a small deductible.
